Summerlin townhouse rentals

First impressions were very clean and spacious. Communications with the owner were easy, responsive, and detailed. The location was perfect: in a quiet neighborhood with a short 15 minute drive to the Strip, and plenty of places nearby like grocery stores and restaurants. We also liked the 2 car garage which kept the car cool. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and clear. The pergola was great to sit and read and enjoy the quiet neighborhood. We especially loved the “little things” like nightstands with phone chargers on both sides of all the beds, a box of tissues, plenty of utensils and plates, and a super easy checkout procedure. We highly recommend and will be back here the next time we’re in town.

We loved our extended stay at this beautiful home. Conveniently located in Summerlin in a lovely community. On one level (which is important for our family) the house is spacious and welcoming.

Quick response. Helpful. The place was very clean, cozy, and in a quiet neighborhood. On the last day we were there, I discovered this place was close to Chinatown. I wish I had known that earlier; I would eat there all the time. Where I live, Asian stuff isn't close by.

This house is in a great location to restaurants, shopping and casinos. The house was clean and had a nice kitchen and dining area. Richard was easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay!

Very clean and totally lived up to the representation on the website, in fact the excellent condition and highly maintained feeling of the home can't be expressed through photos alone. The owner was great; honest and responsive to any and all questions. I would definitely stay here again. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!
