Very comfortable and a perfect place for my exploration of Pueblo

The property is very nice. It was quiet and has a beautiful yard and out door seating area. I felt safe and had lots of privacy. The location was perfect for being so close to The Colorado State fairgrounds.

The Little Green House was perfect in every way! Right from the get go, communication was nearly immediate even though I was simply requesting to book. Communication continued right up until the point the house was ready for us earlier than they thought. As soon as we walked into the property I knew we could not have chosen a better home during our short stay in Pueblo. All the little details made the home extremely unique and fun. It was loaded with everything our family of 6 needed to serve meals. My two boys who are Mario addicts loved the original Nintendo! My teen girls played a few rounds of Kerplunk and Battleship. The air conditioning was on as soon as we walked in the door, which was an amazing touch because it was roasty while we were there. And we appreciated how close it was to the interstate, because it made our adventures so convenient! If we ever decide to stay in Pueblo again, this will be the first house I look for. Peaceful property with a beautiful yard and well-appointed rooms. The description of the property if accurate. The house is immaculate with such inspiring touches, I wanted to come home and redo some of my own art and decor. The living room and dining room are perfectly furnished. The bedroom is just as the pictures depict. The King-sized bed is so comfy! The kitchen is stocked with all the pans, utensils, dining sets that a couple needs. We enjoyed cooking our meals there. We loved the tech in the house. It is a nice romantic setting. It is a great place to stay to go to the Royal Gorge and other southwest recreation areas. We planned to do more outings while staying there but it was so comfy and peaceful, we ended up relaxing there with a movie our first night and our 2nd night, after our excursion on the Royal Gorge Train. Truly, just what we needed, peace and relaxation. Noelle and Richard were easy to communicate with and very kind with all our questions. We would stay at Park Place again in a heartbeat, and absolutely plan to.
