Quick trip to Cooperstown to see the Baseball Hall of Fame. The house was gorgeous and had every amenity you could possibly need or want! Plenty of room for our family of 6!! Views were exquisite. A perfect “base” from which to visit all that Cooperstown has to offer, Jen and Luke’s charming cottage was enough off the beaten path to offer us quiet, privacy, and beautiful sunrises over the lake. We enjoyed cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and appreciated high quality towels, bedding, and linens. Our hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, and we appreciated the ease with which we were able to communicate with them. We’d love to visit again!

My daughter and I stayed here while my son and husband stayed at Dreams Park. We loved the tiny house! It was clean, well decorated, the property manager was very responsive and only a 15 minute to Dreams Park. Highly recommend and would love to stay again!

A stay at the Beautiful Bay house is exactly what the doctor ordered! The home would be truly stunning if all it had to offer were the expansive views of the sparkling, serene water of Goodyear Lake and calming, lush greenery across the way, but no, among other features, it also had: ~ Striking lantern style light fixtures ~ Ceiling fans with lights ~ Easy to use remotes for climate control ~ Electric fireplace for ambiance/heat ~ Beautifully arranged windows in main living space to allow in lots of natural light ~ Honey-varnished wide wood plank slanted high ceiling in main living area ~ Finished moldings and sills showing great attention to detail ~ Satellite TV ~ Sweet touches of wildlife – both land and water – (especially LOVED the black, waterfowl wall hanging above the landing to the lower level) ~ Unique wood furniture, accents, and doorsill that are both utilitarian as well as to be enjoyed visually - Great banisters both inside and out! ~ Sweet, white painted wood bookshelf by bed that sports a beadboard interior! ~ Fully appointed kitchen with fun vibes black 'n white “focal point” window valance ~ Environmentally friendly septic and European designed upstairs toilet ~ Inviting screened-in front porch overlooking the lake ~ Canoe and single person kayak ~ Specially designed door to back patio for extra security ~ Cozy, dog-friendly neighborhood ~ Comprehensive House manual A BIG thank you to Lisetta and Jeff who were most hospitable/communicative/available -

We were there for week 3 of 2023 Cooperstown Dreams Experience. We had booked this VRBO last July and were so excited for this trip. Time finally came and once we dropped off our son and checked in we were just blown away at how cute and perfect everything was. They truly thought of everything in the way of amenities, the house was so clean and had such a homey feel. We hated to leave! My daughter loved fishing off the dock and the lake is just beautiful. If we ever make it back up to New York we would definitely book here again.
