House is well designed with all vacation needs in mind.

This cabin was perfect for the 8 of us. Two families. The kids annoyed the big room upstairs and there was enough space we didn’t feel on top of each other. Walking to the shops in Tahoe city was super easy .5 mile walk and the back road was perfect for avoiding 4th of July traffic in the city.

The host is a great communicator.Very detailed, responsive, and helpful.Great place in a great location.

Nightingale is a well located spot with access to a private beach and dock. A 5-10 minute bike ride to The Bridgetender to the north, and Sunnyside to the south. The home is well appointed with all of the conveniences a family needs for a relaxing stay.

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect spot for the 2 of us. The location in Tahoe City was excellent and there were stunning views of the lake from the top of the hill as you drive up to the condo (the condo itself has a wooded view). Although the master bathroom could use some updating, the rest of the condo was the perfect blend of rustic and modern. Very peaceful. The kitchen was fully stocked as were the bathrooms and sinks (soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, etc were all provided)!

Clean, bright, and spacious for 4 people. Great communication with host. All the basics were in the kitchen including coffee, teas, and all manner of spices. Would rent again!
