Great flat for a couple in a fantastic location. The modern design of the place and the clean esthetic of the decor are on point. The kitchen has all you need but there are many great eateries down the street too.

This cozy location is the perfect spot - downtown, restaurants, shopping, park and more are all just a short walk away. The property manager is very friendly, responsive and always willing to help even if it's just recommending local sites to see.

This is a stunning property and just like the pictures show. A lovely home. Very comfortable for a group of six. Conveniently located to downtown Durango and well appointed. I would rate it a 10/10. Would definitely stay here again.

Such an amazing space. The loft was clean, comfortable and well stocked and feels like its own place, separate from the main house. The property is beautiful and peaceful. Good outdoor area with grill and fire pit.

This cabin is in an idyllic setting almost beyond description. The short walk to the river, the breeze through the cottonwoods, the pastoral view of the fields from the patio, the cozy feeling in the well-appointed cabin, and the warm and friendly hosts make this place an incredibly delightful retreat. We intend to come back often.

Fantastic stay! Great manager, very responsive (no issues just had some general questions). Top of the line bed, toiletries, kitchen, you name it. The owner takes pride in the property and it shows.

The “Cozy Cabin” was a great cabin for our family vacation. (4 adults, 2kids) We were very comfortable for a 5 night stay. Gary and Anna were great hosts. The property is perfect distance from town, has great views of mountains and Florida River. We had a lot of fun with the Pickleball court they have on the grounds.

Lake Nighthorse Cottage was literally a dream, slept well on very comfy mattress. Perfect property for a couple, situated to explore Mesa Verde (pre-reservations required for ALL ranger-guided cliff dwelling tours). If you plan on cooking in the well-appointed kitchen, grocery stores (including natural/health food market options) are within a 15 minute drive in Durango. Kristin was an exemplary host! The fingerling fries at James Ranch Grill are a must try. Check out the poignant Tour of Carvings in nearby Vallecito Lake commemorating the devastating 2002 forest fire.
