Vacation rentals near Gold Runner Alpine Coaster

My group has been doing an annual ski trip for about 10 years and this is probably the best place we've stayed. It's truly ski in/out right beside 3 lifts. It's spacious and really stocked up. There was even coffee, hand and foot warmers, and the kitchen cabinets were stocked with enough equipment, like an actual home kitchen. The building is like a maze, but this particular unit is right beside a stairwell which is directly above the ski lockers, hot tub, and exit to the ski hill (all one floor down) so it was incredibly convenient once we had everything moved into the unit. Checkout was also easy - no crazy instructions. Just tidy up a bit and go. The host is also the best we've had. She's extremely easy to communicate with - all info needed was provided up front. We ran into a random issue with the building and she responded immediately. She was easy to work with and actively improved our experience. We rarely repeat but we will be back, this is a keeper.

This home and host provided an incredible ski vacation for my family! We were all so happy to spend a thoroughly enjoyable week in this property. The house, although large enough for several families, felt cozy and comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing and enjoying each other’s company. The bedrooms/bathrooms were very comfortable and provided privacy and separation when desired. The entire house was stocked with everything needed to enjoy a very comfortable stay. The location was phenomenal for those of us who were skiers - literally steps from the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge. It was a short walk to access the gondola to get to Peak 7, as well as into downtown Breckenridge. The views of the surrounding mountains throughout the house were absolutely beautiful. The reservation process, as well as the check-in procedures, were very straightforward and simple. The accompanying packet of information related to the property, things to do in Breckenridge, places to eat, and general information was the most comprehensive that I have ever seen and extremely helpful during our stay.Jane, the host, was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I look forward to many return trips to this property with my family!

Property was great and nothing beats a true ski in/ski out. Home was well stocked, beds were extremely comfortable, and could not ask for more. Only reason I gave 4 stars on check in process is because the entire property is still on old-school keys including accessing them via a combination lock. Albeit, it was nostalgic but then complicated when you have several people in your party. The hosts were very responsive and great to deal with. Definitely recommend.

This condo was extremely clean & cozy. The kitchen was stocked with literally everything u could imagine. My kids & myself would sit in the reclining chair located by the big windows overlooking the skiers, just watching them for hours. You can’t ask for a better view of the mountain top! Kevin was responded right away whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place!

Loved our stay at Peak 8 Grand Colorado! Amazing property and could not be closer to the slopes of Peak 8.

Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Nice TVs. Lots of storage for all your stuff. So many amenities! Can't beat the location, it's about 100 ft to the lifts. Several hot tubs overlooking the lifts and mountain. If you have kids, it's a great place to stay.

Great location, have stayed at Ski Watch before, so convenient. Be prepared to deal with altitude sickness. We buy canned oxygen and the pills Altitude Adjustment and drink lots of water.
