Had a great timehouse was clean and worked very good for our needs.close to everything.

This property is exactly as it is described and more! The kitchen had everything we needed; coffee maker, pots and pans, plates, cups, serving bowls, etc. which made cooking for this group easy and fun. The washer/dryer was a great to have. A clothesline would have been nice for beach towels and such but we made do. All bedrooms were spacious. We loved the games inside and out. Firepit and grill was definitely used throughout the week. The road close by was being repaired while we were there which entertained the little (and big!) kids with trucks and pavers. Town and attractions were close enough and plenty to do. We found a great 3 mile bike path starting at the base parking lot at Cranmore. We would highly recommend this property.

We had a great time at the cabin. It was exactly as described. We were hidden away in the woods like we wanted to be with our two dogs, but close enough to town to enjoy North Conway. Property was close to hiking trails which was a plus. The cabin had little extras when we arrived like a snack box, shampoo and other toiletries that could normally have been forgotten. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a getaway location and hope to go back!

This was the perfect place to stay while showing my family around the White Mountains! The place was comfortable and had all the necessities we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location along the Kancamagus for getting to hikes or heading into town if we needed anything. Marianne was a fabulous host as well! I would happily stay here again.

This cute and cozy home was perfect for our family of four and for our pup. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Not one aspect was overlooked. Completely stocked with anything you need while you are away. It truly was our home away from home. Being situated right on Route 16, there was some road noise at times. This was often drowned out with the air conditioning unit. I'm an extremely light sleeper and this was not an issue for me. It was in a perfect location for our needs. Just outside of North Conway yet still close enough to Ossipee where our family was staying. The hosts were easy to communicate with and were very helpful. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and make memories. We will definitely be back!
