"I'd like to take a moment to share with you how wonderful our stay in Steamboat was this past weekend. Your spacious, warm, clean & well stocked home and kind hospitality (while respecting our privacy too) made it easy for us to enjoy a few days of family & friends away from the hustle and bustle of our daily lives."

"This property was exactly as described. The snowflake lift was right outside the door through a very short path. The bus stop was a very short distance as well to get into town. The condo was fully equipped with a lot of start up items so you don't have to rush to the store the minute you get there. The garage is heated and the ski lockers were very handy. We felt for an accommodation for 9, we had 6, it could become very cramped in the living room area for comfy seating but you could go to the gathering area in the lobby if you wanted more non private space. We felt that the location was fantastic and would love to rent again if we every return to Breckenridge. Worth renting. My contact person Annie was very responsive so I felt if I had an issue I would get immediate attention during my rental period."

"Great little cabin away from the hustle and bustle of Breck. We were "fortunate" enough to stay during a winter storm. Beautiful scenery in the forest with snow covered trees and huge drifts of snow and hot tub was ever so rewarding. The access to the house was a bit difficult during the storm even with 4wd as the roads took 48 hours to plow (2/2 storm). Neighbors stated they are usually better about plowing. Parking is not available at the house, particularly with a lot of snow, it is best to park up hill at the turn about and dig your way out after the plow comes thru. Cabin was well stocked with necessities. Would stay again!"
