"We met here for a family reunion and it was great! We had a big group but were able to gather in the main living space easily for maximum comfort and fun! Quick walk back and forth to pools and beach which was super nice and great for the kids who wanted to make multiple trips a day!"

  • Great place for our family

"We just returned from The Beach Club and we couldn't have been more happy! This condo made our stay so much more wonderful than we could've imagined. It was so clean and beautiful! The furnishings and decor is nicer than what I have at my own house! We felt very comfortable there and had absolutely everything we needed. We have 3 young kids and this unit was perfect. Close to the elevators (which we never had to wait for!) and close to the club. When we return to The Beach Club, we will definitely plan our vacation around the available dates of this unit! Thank you to the owner for allowing us to getaway in your home for a bit!"

  • Great time at the beach

"We rented this unit for about a week in early October, 2016. It was my wife and I, and our two kids (and infant and a toddler). The unit had plenty of space for all of us. We setup a pack-and-play in the second adult bedroom, and put the toddler in the kids room, which has a bunk bed. The pictures pretty accurately depict the view: it's partially obscured by trees, and the pool dominates the foreground. But it's a lovely view anyway. The sunrises and sunsets during our stay were breathtaking. We were also happy having a lower floor, because it was faster to get up and down from, and we weren't as worried about the toddler being out on the porch. One thing that struck us both was the odd decor for a beach house. It was a bit heavy and pseudo-Mediterranean for a beach house. You can see in the pictures that the TV is on glass table supported by two faux stone columns. That would be an odd choice anywhere, but it seemed really strange in a beach house. If you have young kids, you're also going to be wary of that and the two other glass top tables around the living area; it didn't seem particularly kid-friendly. The kitchen had the usual odd assortment of random cutlery (only serrated knives?) and cutting boards. It was fine for the minimum of cooking we did, but I wouldn't plan to cook anything fancy. It was clean and spacious though, and got the job done for the week. Another thing to keep in mind: the rental company (Meyers) told us that we needed to provide our own paper products; we bought the necessary stuff on the way in from the airport, only to discover that the kitchen had some complimentary paper towels, toilet paper in the bathrooms, and bags in many of the trash cans. That was mostly sufficient to get us through the week. It was a nice touch, but it would have been nicer to tell us exactly what we were getting so that we didn't waste the money on extra supplies. I would recommend calling and asking them exactly what will be there; you might not need to buy anything if you're only there for a short amount of time. In terms of the location, we loved it. The Beach Club is in Fort Morgan, and is about a 20 minute drive from Gulf Shores proper. It's a little out of the way, which is what we wanted. The white sand and clear water of the Gulf is incredible. It's only a short walk to the beach or the pool. Be aware: you get access to the pool near the building, but it costs extra to use the clubhouse pool and facilities ($36/day)."
