Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful stay @ Linger Longer. We did not have any issues with our stay, but the management company did check in on our first and last day of stay and were prompt with responses.We enjoyed mornings on the porch. We chose to drive and park on Anderson dr on our beach days, because lugging beach gear on the walk would not have been pleasant. The home did not have any beach toys/gear-which was not a issue, as we had our own, but I know in past rentals some items were available. The only recommendation for the owner/company would be a new set of pots and pans in near future, again not a deal breaker, but the kitchen was stocked well with other items. We enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. We love coming to Fort Morgan!

Second year staying at this condo. We’ve been coming to Gulf Shores for 30 years and this by far is the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. Beautiful decor, well stocked and very clean! Will be back!

Excellent condo ! The kitchen was well stocked with many table settings and utensils. Property manager very responsive. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Awesome view of beach and sunset.

We loved everything about the property!!! It was immaculate. Everything was as described and the front porch was amazing and perfect for hanging out when it rained in the morning. The only knocks I could come up with is I wish there was a grill to cook out on, I wish there would have been a tv in the bedrooms for when we wanted to chill in bed in the morning and I wish there would have been more toilet paper provided. 4 rolls for 4 ppl for 5 days ran out fast and we had to go get our own. Other then those minor things the house was perfect and close to several beaches, restaurants, and fun things to do!!! 5****** stars all day.

Loved the house, super clean, well-appointed. Really had everything we need and a nice yard for Fido to run around. A/C worked perfect and love ceiling fans. We also really liked the location, it was nice and quiet but close to Fairhope and family.

This was our third consecutive spring break in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area, and while preferences certainly vary, I'd be hard pressed to reccomend somewhere else to stay. First off, if you don't want to be right in the middle of the crowds, but still have fantastic beach access, a great pool, amazing views of the gulf, and even great access to the lagoon behind, this is the place. The beach is across the street, and, as Sanibel is the only high rise in close proximity, it's a very large stretch of beautiful white sand beach with shallow water that was definitely not over-crowded. When you work hard and count the days until vacation, then do a two-day drive, and you walk into this condo to be greeted by a panorama of glass that puts the Gulf of Mexico on full display like something out of a movie, you can't help but heave a huge sigh that says "this is what vacation is all about". The balcony is BIG, with a bunch of adirondack chairs. The living room/dining area combines COMFORT with plenty of seats, and that was perfect, as we had two families traveling together in two different condos in the same building, so we could do game night, movie night, etc. and have plenty of room for 9 of us. The condo was perfectly stocked with everything we needed, and the place was clean as a whistle and painted to make you feel like you're at the beach, which is kind of the point. Alex is just a joy of a person, and will keep you informed of anything you need to be. In a word - AWESOME!

Loved this condo and hope to go back next year !
