  • Great place to stay

"The property was clean and the beds were nice and soft to sleep in. I like the use of the boat ramp and dock area since I brought down a small boat with me for fishing. I had my 83 year old father with me and he had no trouble since the elevator takes you to your floor. The grounds were nice and clean and all the people at the facility were nice to us. October is a great time to go to Gulf Shores."

  • Great views of gulf and lagoon

"We enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. Despite the age of the building, everything was clean and in working condition. We enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony although it takes some muscle to slide open the door. The pool had both sun and shade and children were well behaved southern style. The location of the unit is over the entrance to the work out room so teens often played basketball outside in the evening. However they quit by 10:30ish so not a big problem. Thanks for the beach stay."

  • had a great visit

"stayed a week in october. everything is as advertised. kitchen is ultra supplied. more spices than the law allows. the bay is 100 yards away and the gulf is 200 yards away. just a short walk across the parking lot and a lonely two lane road. fishing off two piers in the bay out back is good."

  • Great location with wonderful owner!

"My wife and I usually spend our anniversary week in Destin but decided to switch it up this year. We were greeted to a very nice anniversary gift basket from the owner (Linda). She was very helpful with tips on where to go for our anniversary dinner. We really like the location of the condo because it is on the west side which is the much more laid back and residential side of gulf shores. It was a really short drive to all the restaurants/bars we wanted to go to. The outside of the complex looks a little dated but the condo is newly remodeled and very nice. I really like the location of the complex. It is directly on a beautiful lagoon with two fishing piers with benches which offers some of the most beautiful sunsets I have seen. The complex offers there own private beach access. Like most condos, we were concerned that there may be some noise so we brought a box fan with us and did not have any noise issues at night. If you are a pool person, the complex offers a really nice pool with lush vegetation and palm trees. Whenever we decided to go back to Gulf Shores/Orange beach we will return to this place."
