  • It's perfect!

"This condo was exactly what my friends and I needed for our getaway. It has a peer in the back to enjoy the bay, and the walk to the beach takes only 30 seconds. It's kind of the best of both worlds. Also, the condo owner must have remodeled the bathroom, because that was hands down the coolest shower I've ever been in. No condo in gulf shores has a bathroom like that! I'm going to reccomend this condo to all of my friends and family. This condo was a big part in making our trip unforgettable :)"

  • Beautiful condo with amazing balcony views!

"This condo was gorgeous! It exceeded our expectations in every way. My husband loved the two fishing piers and I loved the pool & beach! Evenings spent on the balcony were amazing. We stayed for an entire week and this condo had everything we could have possibly needed to prepare great meals either in the oven or grilling on the charcoal grills by the lagoon. The furniture was new with very comfortable pillow top mattresses! The condo was decorated beautifully and had flat panel HDTV's in every room. The weather in Gulf Shores in the Fall was amazing! We would recommend this condo to anyone and we'll definitely be back next year!"

  • Pool was great! Very tropical looking!

"We enjoyed our stay at GSSR. The unit was clean & well stocked. We had a two bedroom unit & both beds were very comfortable. The couch (pull out sofa) was not very comfortable. It was too hard to my liking. The balcony was very spacious with plenty of seating. The balcony access from the bedroom was nice & convenient for early morning coffee & surf watching. The balcony provided a very nice view of the ocean. The beach access was only a very short walk from the condo. I liked the facility having its own place to wash all the sand off just before re-entering, as opposed to beachside. The pool was great with lots of room. The rock fountain cascading into the pool was so pretty. The net fencing around the kiddie pool with a gated entrance was nice. The hot tub was bigger than most & was very convenient in location to the pool, but it was surrounded in lush tropical plants & palm trees. The lagoon view from the back balcony & pool was picturesque! I loved the tropical look surrounding the pool area! There was plenty of tables, & seating around the pool to lounge around. The pool stayed open till 11:00 pm, which was nice!!! The tennis courts was an added bonus for those who love to play. One negative was trying to maneuver the luggage carts & racks around the walkway up to the elevator. It was a tight commute & the carts didn't roll well. There was some outside face lifting going on while we were there & one day we couldn't sit on the balcony for about 5 hours. But, it was ok b/c we went to the beach. I did have a bit of a scare though. Maintenance knocked on the door & I was by myself. They needed to come into the room to place a notice on the sliding doors to balcony, about not using the balcony until 5:00 pm. I went to the door when I hear the knock. I asked who it was & no one answered. I asked several times but still no reply. I was holding the deadbolt to keep them (?) from entering. I kept saying if you don't tell me who it is I'm calling security. Still nothing! I could hear voices outside the door, of which I could tell it was a man or men. Finally they were able to over power the deadbolt & opened the door. I was terrified! My heart was pounding! Immediately I noticed one of the men had a name tag identifying him as a GSSR employee. He apologized over & over.He said they knocked & no one answered & they couldn't figure out why their master key was not unlocking the deadbolt. I said b/c I was holding it. They were very apologetic! I would stay there again."
