"My brother and our three sisters, along with husbands and wives, meet annually at some venue, usually a different one each year, to visit with and enjoy each other. This year we chose to meet in Guntersville, AL and arranged to stay at the Greenwood Lake House. Sam, the home owner, met us at the house on our arrival and made sure everything was in order and to explain any questions we had relative to the operation of the house. Sam also made sure that he was available to us through out the visit in the event we had a problem or question. Our stay was very pleasant. The house was comfortable and provided plenty of space for privacy as well as ample space for our get togethers as a group. The house was well stocked and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was provided. For those staying at the there and desiring a boat, Sam has both a fishing boat and a pontoon boat available on the property to rent which is really convenient. We did not fish but as a group did enjoy the pontoon boat. Our entire group agree that if we should stay again in Guntersville, we would come back to this house. Thanks Sam for everything and a pleasant and enjoyable visit to your house and town. Terry"
