"We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. We had 7 people for part of the time and it was WAY big enough. The condo is clean, nice furniture, comfortable beds, enough things in the kitchen.........
only negative would be not enough chairs on the balcony. There are 6, but in a condo this size a few more might be nice. We handled it fine. We did spend a LOT of time on the balcony! Our last full day there, we sat on the balcony all morning, watching the beach and water. We spotted several pods of dolphin, which is always a delight. Lots of birds and large pelicans also fly along near you.
the condo complex does have a few problems with not enough elevators on afternoons when lots of units have people checking in and out on same day. I think that happened 2 times while we were there. Other then those times, no problem getting an elevator. You have to buy parking permits from the complex now, which was not mentioned when I made my reservations, I think it was $27 per car, but for the whole time you are there, not by the day. The pools were all great, we used all of them. The lazy river was our favorite. They have beach lounge chairs and umbrellas available for rent, about $30 a day for a pair of chairs and an umbrella. We took advantage of that one day and it was nice.
The water was pretty most days, in the middle of the stay it was very windy, then the water was choppy and less clear.
I'd recommend this to anyone with a large family that wants some time at the beach. We loved the condo and the complex.
There were plenty of good restaurants near by, we ate out at least 1 time a day, while cooking breakfast in the condo each morning. Wal-Mart and grocery stores are fairly close also."
