  • Great unit!!

    "I can rave about the unit! Very well appointed and good location! We had a blast. My only complaint was with parking. We pulled a trailer with our motorcycle on it down. The parking lot had maybe 20 vechicles in it. We parked in a back corner by the boardwalk area where NO ONE ELSE was parking. We left the trailer attached to the truck and unloaded the bike. The condo association president came out and told us that we had to load the bike back on the trailer each night because we were only allowed one parking space. Keep in mind the bike was park beside the truck in an area that could not be parked in anyway! We complied but it was a little ridiculous. We always try to be respectful with our trailer and bike but I feel this is a little overboard. Other wise it was great!"

    "Beautiful condo with very few quirks. It's in a great area with beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean and the owners were easy to work with. Would def recommend this condo to others."

  • 2016 Thanksgiving vacation

    "I enjoy the view of the condo! There are minor changes that are needed. It would have been nice to have had a T.V. in the second bedroom down stairs, and tissue to start with! I was under the assumption that this was a NO PET condo but seen several dogs!"

  • Family Vacation

    "Nice place, I read the reviews before I booked this place, seemed the review were about the same. The place is nice, definitely could use some work/ updates ( broken tile, wallpaper peeling), the couch definitely needs replaced! The floors were dirty, my children's feet were black, yes we could have called the cleaning service, but didn't want to waste time dealing with that as well as having sand at all times on the floor from coming in and out of the beach, I just swept every morning and night, not a big deal! There is not a lot of great light in the place especially upstairs, if you have little ones ( I brought the light from one of the rooms downstairs, upstairs and that was suitable) the spare bedroom does not have cable only a DVD so if you have someone staying in that room bring DVDs or the can watch in living room. The wifi there is terrible, so that could be a good thing or a bad thing! I will have to say that the Grand Caribbean is located in a great place right across from the beach with great views and is generally located from grocery stores, gas stations, and food! The street that is in front of the place can be a very busy street, I suggest you drive across the street, you do not have to pay for parking and there are plenty of spots available. All in all the place was a great place for the price and location, we will definitely be back!"
