  • Property is clean and welcoming.

"Love Phoenix on the Bay. Property is keep clean but I think Bret Robinson needs to re-think their parking fee of $27.00 a vehicle. That is a rip-off after you just paid 1,000 + to rent a condo for the week and an additional fee to park the boat. Still enjoy our stay each time."

  • Amazing property, amazing location....amazing!

"Marlin Key was such a wonderful property. The view was excellent and we loved that it was a low-density condo. If you looked down the beach where the condos were taller, the beaches were much more crowded. Not down in front of our condo. The kids loved having the choice between the pool and the beach. It was super helpful to have the feet and shower station conveniently located just off the bridge. I imagine this would be an ideal spot for families with small kids who need to nap. The beach is just steps in front of the property. Couldn't ask for a better location. We loved being on Perdido Key, away from Orange Beach. If we needed anything from the grocery, Publix was just minutes down the street. And the drive to PNS airport was a short 45 minutes. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We loved that each room had their own spacious bathrooms. We sat on the deck each morning to drink our coffee and take in the sounds of the ocean. Having a washer and dryer helped with the mound of beach towels. And we appreciated the free-standing ice maker...wonderful, utilitarian extra touch. The condo also conveniently provided carts for you to schlep all your belongings up to your space. Marlin Key is a wonderful property for a perfect vacation."

  • Beautiful, centrally located and full of amenities!

"We loved Bella Luna 408! It was a great condo for our family of four. The decor was current and relaxed and imparted a cool beach vibe. The condo had just about every amenity one could desire while away on vacation. The staff at Bella Luna was friendly and helpful and the property was well maintained. The only drawbacks were very minor: we would love a small bar of soap for first night to tide us over until the big grocery store run; parking ($20 per car) was high compared to other condos we have visited on the Gulf (but perhaps par for Perdido?) and condo could use an "information sheet" with details on Wifi, beach and gate access codes (the info was in the email but my phone wasn't always handy to the rest of our family!). Again, these criticism were minor and I only offer them to help out future guests. We will indeed return and become one of those future guests! Many thanks."

  • Last Minute Stay

"We had an unexpected Great Experience; our trip was a last minute and non- planned vacation. We didn't know what to expect since I was also taking my daughter’s family as well. And this was my first experience with trying to book with a larger group as well as booking something other than hotels. Every one especially Fran and Steve were extremely helpful in the process from beginning to the end with what to expect during our stay at their Condo. The unit was conveniently located with a great view of the Gulf with plenty of room for the seven of us. We would defiantly stay with them again."
