  • We Had So Much Fun!

"The condo is awesome! Fabulous unobstructed views, plenty of space for everyone. Love the 3 bathrooms. As advertised, you cant get any closer to the surf! The water was so clear and beautiful. We loved the beach service, very nice. Thank you for making our vacation truly magnificent."

  • Loved our stay in Life's a Beach!

"Our family spent a week in this condo. We had a great time. There were 8 of us. The balcony is perfect for enjoying while sipping coffee and looking out over the beach and water. We even saw Dolphins! The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook. The walk to the beach is short. This was our first time to Perdido Key and we loved the area!!! We will be back!"

  • Love this place!

"My family and I loved this condo. Resort is a lot of fun. We loved the pools, and water slides. The condo is very clean. We liked the furniture on balcony, and enjoyed watching dolphins and boats in the bay. Wonderful view of bay. The beach was a nice walk. We never did the trolly because we liked walking beside the docks at bay. We will be back next year."

  • Spacious, nicely furnished, well equipped condo. Could have done without the maintenance work.

"The Condo is beautiful with more space than condos we have rented in other Phoenix's (i.e. Phoenix VI, Pheonix VII and Phoenix X). The furniture is comfortable and the dining table has room around it to use it, although the we used the kitchen island more often than the dinning table. Everything we needed for cooking was available with a wide variety of pots, pans, utensils etc... The beach was not crowded like it was at the Phoenix X and the walk from the condo to the water was quite short. Overall, the condo itself was wonderful, however there was significant maintenance being done to the outside of the building (i.e. hole repair, pressure washing, painting etc...) It was not unusual to look out the window and see workers on scaffolding looking back. The side balcony was covered by plastic. It was frequently loud during the day and you had to take the deck furniture inside every morning. Overall, the daytime environment was somewhat inconvenient. The owners of the condo were not aware of the maintenance that was happening. Their property manager contacted on the day we were driving to the condo from Huntsville, AL. The property manager offered to help us find a different condo or a partial refund of the cost for the inconvenience. The property manager was extremely helpful and understanding. We were allowed to go to the condo and view the situation before making a decision. We loved the condo, so we opted for a partial refund and decided that while workers were present, we would spend the majority of the time on the beach. While the maintenance work was somewhat inconvenient during the day, we didn't spend a lot of the day in the condo. The property manager bent over backwards to accommodate our wishes/needs. The condo is gorgeous and we will definitely be applying the refund to a week long rental next year. We just hope there won't be any maintenance going on at that time."
