  • Excellent! The pictures do not do justice..

"The condo was VERY nice and CLEAN! Everything we needed and more. The location was central to the ball park where we traveled often for the girls youth softball World Series and close to Gulf Shores and the Beach. Very welcoming."

  • We will be coming back!

"The condo is roomy and very clean, which I love. It is close to the beach and to restaurants and shopping. The full kitchen allows you to cook some meals in when you don't feel like going out. The BBQ pits at the pool area are also great for a fun cookout. You can't beat the price either! It is perfect for our family and we can't wait to come back!"

  • Roomy, comfortable, great location

"We stayed here for a month during the off season in Jan-Feb, right before the town starts to pick up with mardi gras and whatnot. So for the most part our stay was mellow and relaxing. There wasn't any issue with neighbors or much noise beyond what is reasonable to expect in a set of condos. The price to rent monthly during off season was great too. The beds and sofas were incredibly comfortable. I slept very well and I'm a person who has trouble sleeping usually. The shower lacked the water pressure I'm used to, but it was manageable. There were modern appliances, plenty of dishes to use, and a good amount of towels. The cable was basically hotel cable: outdated channel lists, no guide/dvr/on demand. But it was ok, we had brought a roku and were able to figure out the channels when we wanted to view certain shows live. The balcony was beautiful, perfect for viewing sunsets and watching wildlife. We didn't see any gators, but lots of local birds and a few large turtles who would swim over when they saw us come out. The location was great but it helps to have a car. It will take you some time to walk to different locations (walmart and other grocery stores were maybe a 20-25 minute walk), but it's not too bad. There is public access to the beach right across the street, we just had to look for the boardwalk. The beaches were nice and clean and very empty during off season (they started to fill up more as it got later into the season, but nothing too bad). And it's located on miles of beach going each way. We spent a lot of time at the public beach in gulf shores which was only a short drive because it was a hot spot for pokemon. There were only a few downsides. The condo lacked cleaning supplies so we had to go out and purchase some. For a few nights stay this isn't really a problem, but for someone coming in for an extended stay like we did, it means purchasing products that you already own at home and not being able to transport them home if you're flying back or something. We were driving so it wasn't a horrible loss, just a cost I didn't anticipate from previous rentals like this. Another concern was that we were only given one set of keys which isn't very manageable for four adults who can't all come and go at the same time. And finally there was no mail box or package delivery. Again this is ok for a brief stay, but for a month long working vacation I had to visit the post office and hope they didn't throw out my package."

  • Great Condo Everything Perfect

"Great location. This beautifully decorated condo was lakeside in the wetland area and yet it was only a 5 minute walk across the street to a wonderful white sandy beach . We went to the beach in the mornings and In the evenings we set on the large back porch in our rockers and watched the wildlife and sunset on the lake. It was truly the best of both worlds."
