  • Relaxation and Respite

"There is always a soothing calm that comes when you visit the beach. This is our third time to stay in Seaside 1310, and we continue to enjoy ourselves each time. This unit is cnvenient, with a view from the balcony of the Gulf. It's convenient to the pools, and tennis courts, but also far enough to allow for quiet enjoyment. The beds, and recliners are perfect for relaxing after a long day of swimming. Every small touch reminds you to relax, and enjoy your stay at the beach. I almost hesitated to review the place, for fear it will be more difficult to book next time."

  • Awesome Family Vacation

"Our family plus some friends just spent a memory making week at this beach house. We couldn't have been more pleased with the house. It had everything as pictured plus so much more. There were 13 of us (plus our dogs) ranging in age from 8 to 69 and we were all satisfied with it all. The location is away from the crowds yet it doesn't take too long to make a Walmart run. There is room to spread out in the house so we weren't all on top of each other when we needed some "alone time". The bedroom configurations lend themselves to a mixed up group and there were ample bathrooms. Since there were so many of us and we knew we'd be cooking all our meals in, we were concerned that there wouldn't be adequate cookware. Trust me when I say - this is a super well stocked kitchen - large pots, pitchers, utensils, dishes, flatware - there was nothing lacking. And the ice machine is a great touch. The beach itself is broad and, while not private, it wasn't horribly crowded. We took our canopy, set it up in the morning (to stake our claim) and we didn't ever feel crowded upon. Sure, lots of people but not piled on top of you. We did find out that dogs are not allowed on the beach (city ordinance) so we had to keep them behind the dunes (OK, maybe we snuck them out a couple of late evenings - don't tell). Stephanie was very responsive when we let her know of a couple of issues - nothing that hampered us but just wanted to let her know. I don't know if we'll ever be able to do this big family gathering again - but this week gave us a lifetime of memories and each of us would love to go back. Thanks Stephanie!"

  • Beach Front

"My family and I spent 7 nights at this condo. We had a wonderful vacation and dubbed it our "home away from home." It is just a lovely location and we had a wonderful time. Gulf Shores is a beautiful place with such kind and polite people. We loved the laid back atmosphere and the closeness of the ocean. It was wonderful! The residents at Beachfront are kind and helpful. It is a neighborhood within itself. This condo comfortably fit our family of five and fit our wishes of walking right out onto the beach from the complex."
