  • Clean and beautiful condo with amazing view

    "My husband and I booked this condo last minute and LOVED our stay. When we arrived, we were able to carry everything up in one trip because they (condominium management) provide luggage carriers and carts for all of your belongings. There are only two elevators, which we never had to wait long for them and there was hardly anyone on it when we used them. Our room was on the second floor and the pictures that are listed describe the place perfectly! Everything was very clean and you are provided a fridge, microwave, utensils, washer & dryer, and many other things. We also found extra pillows and blankets, along with a fan in the closet. Our favorite part of the condo was the balcony though. We could go out on the balcony early in the morning and hear the ocean waves and it was wonderful to watch the sunset as well. They also provide you with a couple of beach chairs and some beach toys-which we loved since we didn't bring any beach chairs of our own. The owners (Jeff & Louise) were very helpful in providing us information for our stay and we will highly recommend family and friends to stay here. We will probably be staying here for future vacations as well!"

  • My stay at the Caribe

    "Overall we had a lovely time, but I did not realize what a hassle it would be renting through you rather than the Caribe directly. Firstly, one of the keys stopped working. I walked over to the main building to let them know. They said I did not rent through them so they could not give me a replacement until security met me back at the room/ So i had to walk back over, meet security, show my ID at which time she walked me back to the other building, no short trek, and they gave me a replacement. I cannot imagine that they do not know who is staying at the resort at all times. Also I could not get extra parking passes since I did not book through them. In order to rent a slip for our boat I had to pay extra because I did not book with them. Lastly, my son and my husband had gone off fishing and took the keys, granted that was our mistake, but I had a diabetic child with me who needed to get back in the room for her blood check, insulin, and to eat. Called the office at Caribe and a very helpful man said he would meet me at the room immediately and let me in. We waited and waited, no one showed. I called back to complain as we COULD NOT WAIT ANY LONGER, any a most unpleasant woman finally agreed. When the man, who initially helped up, he apologized profusely and said he was over-ruled and told not to come. I find this despicable. The condo was lovely and we had fun. Granted we had a few issues, but I can't imagine this does not happen on occasion, but the Caribe staff was less than helpful. It seemed like since we did not book with them it was not their problem. That is a little ridiculous. In retrospect it would have been easier to book through them which should not be the case since rentals are offered through you also. They are there to help the visitors one would think. Other than those few issues. we had fun. Thanks for letting me get this off my chest. Lisa Toye"

  • Great place with gorgeous views

    "This was a great condo for multiple families or a family with multiple children. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only draw back was the $20 for a parking pass. You would figure that a parking permit was included with the condo. Overall, it was a great stay."
