  • Kenai Perfection!

"The week we spent here was fantastic. This artfully crafted 'lodge' home is stunning inside and out. We were comfortable and pampered beyond expectation from our first booking questions through our stay. The location was great for us as a central place to return from adventures in Seward, Homer, and Soldotna. But it was tempting to stay 'home' everyday! Outside, we enjoyed the stunning views from the lawn, riverfront and generous porch. Inside, we were cozy, marveled at the beauty of the property, and slept well in amazing beds. When cooking or grilling, we found the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The caretakers, the Larsens, were responsive and helpful, so be sure to contact them! The Coulsens have created a very special place and the Kenai River and Cooper Landing are gems."

  • Custom Luxury Built Home W/Amazing Views of the Moose River

"My husband and I could not have been happier as we enjoyed our family get together at this gorgeous place. I can't think of anything the owners have left out that could have made our stay any better. The nearby Moose River was full of swans which we could photograph from the cabin as well as by the riverside. This spacious home is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything from the bedding to the kitchen to the gas grill on the expansive deck. The artistic details from the woodwork/rock work and outdoor landscaping are what make this cabin truly unique. The owners want you to get the most out of your stay be it sightseeing, hiking, fishing, birding, relaxing, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend this cabin as stays like this make lasting memories!"

  • What a View! Cozy Cabin tucked in the woods

"After spending 13 days in Alaska staying in many places, if I could do it all over again, This cabin is where I would stay. It is a lovely little place but has whatever you need. My favorite place to drink morning coffee is on the back deck of this cabin. All the gray jays will begin to gather in the treetops hoping you have a crumb or two. If they see a cookie or a donut, they will land on the deck table and literally take your breakfast away. Hilarious fun. The manager is just up the hill so if you need him, he can be there but otherwise you may just get a visit from his Saint Bernard. Really enjoyed our stay. Not a huge place, just big enough for 4, if you have 6, it is best if 2 of those are children. It was clean, well stocked with coffee and condiments. Full size fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher, plus washer and dryer. Close enough to the Kenai river to go fishing."

  • Clean, comfortable..great location!

"First off, I'd like to say the property was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay! The location was wonderful and the owner was very easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had. If I had any complains they were that the two units slept a total of 14 comfortably and only had 2 showers and the houses next door ( not the owners fault) are pretty much falling down, maybe abandoned! We were in town for our son's wedding and were very pleased with our accommodations!"
