  • Perfect Ketchikan House

"Nantucket Penthouse Suite is an ideal place to stay in Ketchikan. The most beautiful views of Ketchikan from the living room window and the back deck. I needed a place to stay that didn't require a vehicle and this was the perfect location. I was able to walk to most all of the sites in Ketchikan. A short cab ride up to Knudson Cove to kayak and see the whales. Everything else I did was walkable. The owner was very accommodating in every way. Highly recommend!"

  • 3 nights in Ketchikan

"My wife had booked a fishing charter for us and some of our children for our anniversary. She decided to book the Voss house instead of 3 hotel rooms. She made the right choice! The house was extremely comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. Three small bedrooms, 1 bath a nice kitchen and living area gave us just the right amount of room to prepare for and rest up from our day's activities. We had a rental car while we were there and found street side parking right in front of the house every time we were there. The rooms were comfortable and the views from the front windows were incredible. With cruise ships docking right across the street, we enjoyed watching them come and go. I am an aviation nut and loved watching the floatplanes taking off and landing right in front of the house all day long. It was a very short walk to the touristy areas of town. You could definitely get by without a car if that is what you are after. There are a number of stairs to climb but I am a 55 year old fat man and had no problem with them. The people that live in the lower part of the house and the people who run the bike shop in front of it were extremely friendly and very helpful with any questions we had about the house or Ketchikan in general. We watched about a dozen eagles soaring around right by the house every afternoon. It was just a great, very enjoyable trip!"

  • Trip of a lifetime

"This was the most amazing trip ever! The Coho beach house is stunning- the sunsets are beautiful and the moonlight shining on the water takes your breath away! We plan on returning! You can't loose- it rained a few days and it didn't matter- it was still amazing. I would wake up to bald eagles flying by- just beautiful. The house has everything you need, was very neat and clean. The location is great, close to the airport. The owners are very nice and welcomed us with a salmon (we cooked it the night we arrived and it literally was the best salmon ever)."

  • relaxing vacation home!

"Such a wonderful, relaxing vacation! What a treat to have Ketchikan within a 5 minute boat ride, but then the luxury and solitude of the cabin for us to enjoy! The fishing was terrific (even caught a salmon right off the dock!) and Richard our guide was fun, helpful and knew exactly where to go to find our catch. Kim was always available for any of our needs...which were not much...just being there and soaking in the soaring eagles, watching the sea planes take off and land, and enjoying the incredible sunsets made for a most perfect get away!"
