  • Great!

"We had a wonderful time in Sedona. The home was in a wonderful location. It was back off the main road enough where it was very quiet & restful but where you could get to all the area attractions in a short travel time. The home is sitting right in the middle of the scenic rock formations. The view from the back deck in breathtaking, with the golf course & a beautiful red rock directly behind the home. It was great to wake up to this sight every morning. The home is decorated lovely with everything one would need for a restful & fun vacation. The owners are so accommodating & welcoming. They want to please. I could not have asked for a better vacation. Everything was just perfect. I can't wait for my return to Sedona & this beautiful home."

  • Beautiful retreat

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Mark and Carol were gracious and accommodating with impressive attention to detail throughout every part of the home. The house was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Our young son even had a basement full of games to keep him entertained. If we returned to this area we'd definitely look to stay here again!"

  • Fran's Place

"Sedona is universally noted for its beauty; mountains surround the city and they literally change color depending upon the whim of the sun. It's a metaphysical place with energy "hot spots" called vortexes. 4 of them. It's a hiker's paradise with enough trails to keep the most savage outdoors-person occupied for months and not be able to experience them all. Music abounds; activities galore for the most relaxes to the most energetic. I know all this because Frannie knows it all. Her place, Casa Bella Vista is just incredible. She's been a "local" for 30+ years and there is nothing, and I mean nothing, Frannie doesn't know about Sedona. The best hike? Frannie knows. The best breakfast? Frannie knows. The best turquoise mens ring with spider-web matrix and silver band made a Navajo co-op with a lifetime guarantee and free repair for under $200 within 10 miles? Yep, Frannie knows. And why am I fixated on Frannie and not her property? Because Frannie IS her property. Imagine your ideal place to stay. Imagine big! What do you need for it to be perfect? Hot tub? Got that. Big over-stuffed king-sized Master bedroom mattress that you almost need stairs to climb into it? Got that. Well stocked kitchen with almost every conceivable appliance, assuming you're not a chef in a 5-star restaurant? Got that. A library of facts about Sedona; where to go, what to do, what it costs, how long will it take to get there? Got that The ability to walk and accomplish all your errands. Got that. Breath-taking views. Yep. Got that. You see my point here? Dream big...imagine everything you want. Make a list. Then when you're ready, call Frannie. No need to thank me. Thank Frannie...for her amazing place, her amazing presence in an amazing town."

  • Great spot with a jacuzzi and centrally located

"House was clean and had some basic amenities for our use that a lot of places make you buy even though you will only use a tiny bit. Jacuzzi worked great and was awesome after long hikes! The house is very basic, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with dining table. It was perfect for us, we just really weren't at the house all that much. More a place we ate, slept, got cleaned up, and relaxed in between the other stuff we were doing. It is just a couple blocks to Uptown Sedona, and was definitely nice to be able to walk to restaurants and stuff because it takes FOREVER to drive anyplace most of the time around there. The owner was great and very helpful advising us about some things to do and places to eat! Definitely would recommend this home!!"
