  • Beyond our expectations!!!

"We reserved our rental of the Windy View Ranch property so we could meet up and spend Thanksgiving and some quality time with friends from CA whom we hadn't seen for awhile since we moved to Texas. Flagstaff seemed like a good halfway point, so we looked online and found this place. The pictures don't do the reality justice. The house was emmaculate when we arrived, beautifully decorated, with a great floor plan and location backing up to a very private forest. There is a perfect cemented courtyard facing the forest, where we grilled and set up the fire pit, all provided by the owner. There was a convenient renters manual with everything we needed to know about the property and local attractions. We all had a last there, and such a memorable experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone!!!"

  • Great Place

"Pros: - The front porch and especially the back deck were huge great places for everyone to hang out - Plenty of room for everyone (9 people) - Deer Everywhere - Very clean and well maintained - Good Location. About 5 - 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, but still far enough away to be in the woods Cons: - Closer to neighbors than I had thought, but still plenty of space."

  • Cozy Getaway

"We found this delightful cabin/house perfect for a “girls getaway” to hike and enjoy the cool weather of Northern Arizona as we escaped the long, hot summer and heat of Tucson. The location was perfect for us to hike nearby trails and the Sycamore Canyon rim and make a trip to Bearizona and Williams when we needed a break. We brought food for our own gourmet meals at breakfast and dinner and found the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed (and then some!). While the weather was pleasantly cool, central heat allowed us to warm a bit in the early morning. The wood burning stove would be nice during colder weather, but we wanted to be cool. It felt like home with all the things you’d want including TV, Wi-Fi, and other forms of entertainment if desired for after dark. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms nice with all the amenities if you forgot something. This was like staying in the home of friends rather than a rental. The owner was friendly, helpful, and very responsive. We really enjoyed our getaway!"

  • A relaxing getaway

"This condo was a wonderful getaway during our vacation from Texas. We couldn't have asked for a better retreat. Upon arrival we went for a walk with our little ones to the pond just across the road. We were greeted numerous times by other residents and the Ducks were a huge hit with the boys (2,6)! The neighborhood was peaceful and picturesque. The accommodations were great. We had all we needed to prepare and eat our meals during our stay. Access was effortless and keyless entry made it great for us to be on the go! We drove to the Grand Canyon and back in one day. We would stay again if in the area, for sure!!"
