  • Excellent

"This place is spacious and gorgeous. Perfect for our 13 people that we had to accommodate. We got our white Christmas and everyone was happy. Plenty of space and bathrooms. The owner even stopped by to make sure we were all happy and did not need anything. The property manager that I dealt with (Carmen) was excellent. She was very helpful at every step. Worth the money if you have a large group of people."

  • Beautifully Amazing!!

"Little Wing is just beyond amazing from the minute you walk it! Our family (8 adults and Cato our boxer) stayed here for 3 wonderful, relaxing days. There was more than enough room for all of us! All of the rooms are so nice and the beds SO comfortable. We enjoyed the deck, having coffee in the morning just watching all the "critters" run around, in the evening we grilled out and enjoyed a glass of wine just watching the day come to a close, at night the stars are like nothing I have ever seen, it's just something you have to see for yourselves! The hot tub what an added bonus! The hiking right out your door is great. The kitchen is so nice and roomy & stocked better than anyplace we have ever stayed, you'll not want for much that this does not already have. We did make a day trip to Sedona and the Grand Canyon, I would highly recommend them both! Jeff & Liz are so great to work with, very quick to answer any questions we had!! No issues at all with this home! One of the best!!!"

  • Excellent spot for many adventures PLUS a home to come home to....

"If you're looking for posh, get a hotel; if you're looking for a home, rent this spot! We loved this place. Only 2 of us (adults, 50-somethings), and we found it to be a perfect home-away-from-home during a short visit to Arizona. The master bedroom bed was divine--I didn't even miss my own King bed at home because this one was so comfy and wonderful. Location was ideal for a number of forays to local and other sights: we went to Grand Canyon, to Sedona, to the local Buffalo Park, and even to the nearby casino! The home was very well-stocked, sparkly clean, and extremely comfortable. Yes the place screams 1970s in terms of decor and finishes but from my perspective and stay here that is a real plus--it feels like a real home!! Communication with the owner (Joy) was great. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, because from the moment I walked in, it felt like home--HOME, and not some fancy hotel room that looks like every other room on the floor. For us, that made all the difference in the world."

  • Beautiful, well kept, comfortable

"The house is very spacious and has an open floor plan in the living area. This allowed for all of us to be in the same area (kitchen, great room, dining area) together, but but not feel crowded. The house would sleep eight comfortably, and there was an additional inflatable bed. The pictures don't do the property justice. It was an ideal location to use for all of the things we did and places we visited: Lowell Observatory, the arboretum, the south rim of the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Montezuma's Castle, the Meteor Crater, the Painted Desert, the Petrified Forest, downtown Flagstaff and the Flagstaff Mall. We could not have asked for better weather, the 40's at night and upper 60's to low 70's in the days. There are a couple of things that could be improved upon: the BBQ lid is broken so it takes a very long time to actually grill anything because the grill will not retain the heat. The "housekeepers" left wet sheets in the dryer. No telling how long they had been there when we found them on our third day. The trash cans were both overflowing with previous visitor's trash. We had to ask the neighbors about trash pick up and accumulate our trash in the garage until the cans could be emptied (six days into our stay). We would stay here again just because the house is so comfortable and inviting. It's in a very quiet neighborhood."
