  • Great house with lots of room for dining, playing games, hanging out, and reading.

"We had a great time at the beautful log cabin. We were close enought to Williams to go out for shopping and dinner, not too far from GC Airport for our flight over the canyon followed by rafting, and not too far from Sedona for our Pink Jeep Tour! While a few things do need to be fixed, nothing was a big deal. We ended up having 5 people and the rooms worked out perfectly. Grandma had the upstairs suite. Mom and dad the downstairs sweet. Each kid had their own room. Perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you!"

  • Fantastic National Parks Experience

"Good space for our party of 6 with adequate bedrooms and bathrooms. Well maintained home. Clean with lots of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Beautiful and enjoyable front and back yard. Front yard great for people watching (very strict 35 mph speed limit enforced on the main street Fredonia area). Backyard FABULOUS. I took my own hummingbird feeder to catch pictures of the western hummingbird species and got fabulous shots. Saw many species of birds - drawn to the flowers and water feature in the back yard.. The owners - in-laws (Georgia and Daryl Heaton)live across the street and were most pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed getting to know them and they freely shared information about the parks with us. The weather was VERY HOT. The swamp cooler kept every a perfect temperature."

  • Beautiful property and convenient location

"The property is in a gated community, so it is very private. The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our two families. The house is well stocked with everything you will need and there is a welcome book with a list of any information you will need about the house or the area. The house is an easy drive to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona. Deer were often spotted as we had our morning coffee on the deck or when our children were on their daily jogs. Williams is a quaint little town, it has a variety of restaurants, breweries and nightly entertainment. There is a Safeway grocery store in town to stock up on anything you need. Any time we needed a question answered, the owners were quick to respond. The only suggestion I would have is to have a few more portable fans, there is one for one of the upstairs bedrooms, but we ended up buying one for the bunk bed room and the downstairs bedroom, because they did get a little stuffy a few nights. Our refund came within a few days of leaving. I would recommend this house to family and friends."

  • What a wonderful home and such warm hospitality from our hostess, Louisa.

"We had a wonderful weekend here. A short drive to Williams, the house was perfectly suited for our family--4 young children and 1 big dog, who we were showing in the AKC dog show in Williams that weekend. Blue ribbons for the house, the hostess, and--oh, yes-- the dog! We will return for sure!"
