  • Beautiful property and convenient location

"The property is in a gated community, so it is very private. The house is beautiful and easily accommodated our two families. The house is well stocked with everything you will need and there is a welcome book with a list of any information you will need about the house or the area. The house is an easy drive to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff and Sedona. Deer were often spotted as we had our morning coffee on the deck or when our children were on their daily jogs. Williams is a quaint little town, it has a variety of restaurants, breweries and nightly entertainment. There is a Safeway grocery store in town to stock up on anything you need. Any time we needed a question answered, the owners were quick to respond. The only suggestion I would have is to have a few more portable fans, there is one for one of the upstairs bedrooms, but we ended up buying one for the bunk bed room and the downstairs bedroom, because they did get a little stuffy a few nights. Our refund came within a few days of leaving. I would recommend this house to family and friends."

  • Great house with lots of room for dining, playing games, hanging out, and reading.

"We had a great time at the beautful log cabin. We were close enought to Williams to go out for shopping and dinner, not too far from GC Airport for our flight over the canyon followed by rafting, and not too far from Sedona for our Pink Jeep Tour! While a few things do need to be fixed, nothing was a big deal. We ended up having 5 people and the rooms worked out perfectly. Grandma had the upstairs suite. Mom and dad the downstairs sweet. Each kid had their own room. Perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer!! Thank you!"

  • Beautiful and serene location with great views

"My family stayed here for 3 days. This cabin had everything we needed and was nice to come home to after wearing ourselves out at the Grand Canyon and in Flagstaff. Cell phone coverage was spotty, but that was only stressful for my 14-year old. My connection was fine and I just made my phone a hot spot for everyone else which worked out great. The landscape was very pretty and we enjoyed our time sitting outside and taking it in. Would definitely stay here again."

  • Comfort in the woods.

"The house itself is roomy and comfortably furnished with windows affording views of the surroundings. The kitchen provides for all cooking needs. TV setup works fine. The real glory of the place is the setting in the woods. It is almost eerily quiet at night but raucous with bird calls and songs in the morning. Lots of viewings of deer, various rodents, and all those birds. We encountered a small herd of elk on a nearby road. Excellent hikes are accessible within minutes, particularly Mount Kendrick. The owner was responsive."
