  • Awesome location!

"We stayed in the Western condo for two weeks and it was wonderful. Sedona is an amazing place to visit and there could hardly be a better location for your stay. We had exceptionally nice weather, which may have been a factor in our enjoyment, but the views from this unit are simply inspirational. A very clean, modern unit. Sitting outside at night, by the fire pit, with the city lights of Sedona in the valley below, just WOW! Yes there was some noise from the unit above, and it was an issue a few nights, but if we ever head back to Sedona we would definitely stay here again. Parking in Sedona is a problem, so be prepared to park and walk. There is a Whole Foods and Safeway for shopping. There is a Walmart and Fry's fifteen minutes away in Cottonwood. The drive up 89A to Flagstaff is breathtaking, as is the drive down Dry Creek Road. If you have an appreciation for fine art, the Exposures International Gallery is right next door and is a must see. The drive to the Grand Canyon is about two hours."

  • Terrific Treehouse Experience

"A week in this clean, beautiful and well-appointed home was exactly what we needed. Located on a relatively quiet street, the views in all directions are of trees, trees, trees. We logged in a good amount of time in the spacious hot tub and took many hikes through the nearby forest trails. Visitors need to be aware the house is built on a hill, which means you feel like you are viewing the world from a tree house. There are several steps to get into the house and stairs to climb if you use the top floor master bedroom. We have rented many different homes through VRBO and would rate this experience among the very best in terms of house quality and ease of working with the owner."

  • Nice property, good price, would return

"The check in process was easy, a nice information binder awaited us inside. The entire home was very clean and had lots of nice extras (hot cocoa and movies, pancake mix, coffee, mini bathroom supplies in each bathroom, laundry detergent). We did not use the hot tub, but it looked well maintained. There were plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets and pillows in multiple closets if that was needed for extra guests. The master bed was too firm for my liking (I prefer a very soft pillow top), but the bedding was nice and warm. My daughter said the twin bed in the guest room was comfortable. The electric fireplace in the living room was a nice touch for the crisp fall weather. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils, pots and dishes as we cooked a full meal the first night we were there and pancakes for breakfast as well. The fridge was even stocked with a few condiments like syrup, ketchup, etc. I only gave a 4 star because of the too firm master bed, but that's more personal preference. Otherwise, it would have been a 5 star. Thank you for keeping a clean and well stocked property. We will probably be return visitors when we make it back to flag!!"

  • Family Thanksgiving 2016

"Our family of 3 generations enjoyed an absolutely marvelous few days at the cabin. The dwelling was so very lovely, well-appointed, comfortable and convenient. The owners/hosts efforts to ensure our stay was every bit as desired were, indeed, successful. They provided all the information we needed to locate the cabin readily and make ourselves at home. They were attentive and available a call or text away both prior to and during our stay. We were able to enjoy 3 cooks in the kitchen at once! Our make-your-own pizza bar was quite a hit. We truly appreciated the personal welcome gifts. We enjoyed so many aspects of being in the higher country of Arizona: hiking, watching wildlife, walking, visiting Sedona and Flagstaff, smelling the fragrance of the pines, gathering their needles and cones for crafts. And, oh, the wonderful views! Great photo opportunities, indoors and out. What a lovely environment the hosts (and God) provided for our refreshment, relaxation, enjoyment in the company of our loved ones. I must give credit to the architect and builders, too. Truly thankful. Each of our party hope to return in various seasons - and bring friends and other family too! We may have begun a new tradition!"
