  • Fran's Place

"Sedona is universally noted for its beauty; mountains surround the city and they literally change color depending upon the whim of the sun. It's a metaphysical place with energy "hot spots" called vortexes. 4 of them. It's a hiker's paradise with enough trails to keep the most savage outdoors-person occupied for months and not be able to experience them all. Music abounds; activities galore for the most relaxes to the most energetic. I know all this because Frannie knows it all. Her place, Casa Bella Vista is just incredible. She's been a "local" for 30+ years and there is nothing, and I mean nothing, Frannie doesn't know about Sedona. The best hike? Frannie knows. The best breakfast? Frannie knows. The best turquoise mens ring with spider-web matrix and silver band made a Navajo co-op with a lifetime guarantee and free repair for under $200 within 10 miles? Yep, Frannie knows. And why am I fixated on Frannie and not her property? Because Frannie IS her property. Imagine your ideal place to stay. Imagine big! What do you need for it to be perfect? Hot tub? Got that. Big over-stuffed king-sized Master bedroom mattress that you almost need stairs to climb into it? Got that. Well stocked kitchen with almost every conceivable appliance, assuming you're not a chef in a 5-star restaurant? Got that. A library of facts about Sedona; where to go, what to do, what it costs, how long will it take to get there? Got that The ability to walk and accomplish all your errands. Got that. Breath-taking views. Yep. Got that. You see my point here? Dream big...imagine everything you want. Make a list. Then when you're ready, call Frannie. No need to thank me. Thank Frannie...for her amazing place, her amazing presence in an amazing town."

  • Incredibly awesome, gorgeous views!

"Gorgeous views in this large house overlooking Sedona. The house is about 10 minutes outside of Sedona in a small community of homes in the hills. The house has two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a full bed and a twin bed; there is a den/tv room which has a full size futon; and then the living room sofa is also deep enough that someone could sleep on it. The dining room table has easy room for 6 people. Refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and toaster; utensils and plates, etc... Two full bathrooms, washing machine and dryer. Things are dated (70's?) but, so what? Plenty of room and did I mention the view?? Only negative - and this was for me (not my husband or kids) - is that the drive way is very steep...however, I didn't drive up or down it - my husband did and I kept my eyes closed!!! Best memory? Sitting outside in the morning having my coffee and soaking in the majesty of the views and the peace and quiet before my family woke up and the day started. Hint - take plenty of pictures!"

  • Great Condo! Will definitely stay again!

"This is our second time staying in this condo and will definitely be staying again. Very clean and has everything you need. The location is great and it's also nice and quiet. We loved our stay just as much this time as we did last time. Owner is very easy to work with and always responds quickly. Can't wait to come back again!"

  • Plenty of room for my husband and parents for a 3 day get-away

"We stayed at Brad's home in Munds Park with plans to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona. With Munds Park situated in between those two locations, Brad's home was the ideal location for our trip. There was plenty of room for the four of us, a beautiful deck with plenty of seating room and grill, and a fully stocked kitchen complete with appliances and utensils. All rooms were clean, comfy, and cozy. We didn't have pets or children with us, but Brad's home offered plenty of move-able gates in case of pets, as well as plenty of books, toys, and a play area for kids upstairs. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars was that I was hoping and expecting this home to be located in a more secluded area, but instead found it to be in a neighborhood street. Regardless, it was a lovely stay, and Kelly helped streamline communications and made check in/check out a breeze. Thank you, Kelly and Brad for a lovely and memorable experience for my family and me!"
