  • Great property, perfect weather!

"The layout was perfect for 3 couples plus a kid room, or even 4 couples because every room has its own bathroom. The kitchen area and deck is where we spent most of our time. We really appreciated the outdoor seating and views. There were only a couple things that we would change. One of the bathrooms had art in lieu of a mirror, some of the pans were older and no longer had a Teflon coating, and the owner required that the propane tanks be filled at every visit. We've stayed at many Vrbo properties and this is the first we've seen this. Usually the expectation is to leave the grill clean, and renters are refunded propane IF they have to refill it. The burden only lies on the person when it runs out vs everyone. We would definitely stay again but if the owner addressed these minor things the stay would have been perfect! Thanks for a great weekend and quality time with family!!!"

  • Honeymoon Getaway

"Very nice clean townhome on a golf course. Owners know how to handle this unit for rental. Excellent instructions and response. Judy was great to work with. The private hot tub was great but the pool across the street was wonderful and we never had to share. The best part of this townhome is the location. Gated community five minutes from Cottonwood and a beautiful 15 minute drive to Sedona. We enjoyed Cottonwood more than Sedona. Better restaurants and shopping. The Bocce Pizzaria is true Italian pizza and the Mexican bakery Romeros Panderia is the real deal. Adriana's Mexican restaurant and the buenolos was awesome The backroads from Cornville Road for the Wine Tour and the shortcut to HWY 179 was awesome in a convertible. The Grand Canyon was a nice day trip; we received wonderful advice from the Sedona Chamber Visitor's Center on side roads for this trip. Finally, grilled steaks, german potatoes and fresh sweet corn on the cob with the rabbits, hummingbirds, quail and doves for background on the back patio was a nice evening to conclude the week."
