  • Perfect for our family!

"We stayed 3 nights with our grown up daughters and their husbands. The resort was wonderful. It is a beautiful place to stay and was perfect for our family. We loved the resort facilities such as the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, the pools, the steam room, ping pong, raquet ball....It was more than we had expected and we would gladly stay there again and recommend it to others. It was also so convenient as you could easily walk into town for coffee, or to shop or to eat. Excellent!"

  • SOOOOOO Peaceful!!!

"This weekend was the best ever!!! My husband and I have been needing a weekend getaway and boy was this weekend worth every penny! We were able to take our two small dogs with us, sit back and just relax. Cornville is such a quiet little town and Allie's Acre is located on the best street in town. The street is lined with big, beautiful weeping willows as well as pines etc. The lawns are lush and green. There is a wonderful gazebo located on the property and is perfect for reading and watching the dogs play. The cottage is clean, comfortable and oh so welcoming! Corresponding with the owner was painless and made everything so easy for us to just get away and relax. My husband and I were able to rest, watch a movie, and yet still get out and about to enjoy the local environment. We had a wonderful romantic dinner at Up The Creek, a peaceful afternoon reading the paper in the gazebo and a great day exploring Cottonwood and Sedona - both located just a short drive away. We would love to come again some time and do it all over! I am glad we live just a short one hour drive away - making our dream of returning not just a possibility, but a reality."

  • Exactly What We Needed!

"My parents live in the Verde Valley and we make the trip out each year to visit them. I am always looking for a place to stay that won't bust our budget, but still gives us a place to spread out little. We have a teen and a 4 year old, so it's nice to have separate bedrooms so the teen can sleep in and the preschooler can be put down for a nap, etc. It's also great to have a kitchen, so that I can host for dinner and my mother doesn't end up doing all the cooking. Anyway, this rental is just perfect for us - economical, spacious, back yard for the little one to run around in and the property is close to the relatives we've come to visit. Like I said, exactly what we needed. The owner response was also very prompt and professional. We would gladly rent this property again if it is available at our next visit."

  • Finding Peace in Sedona

"This is a well-cared for home with a great architectural feel and view of Coffeepot Rock. It is located close to trails, grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and the community pool is only a 5-minute walk away (opens the end of May for the summer). We would not hesitate staying at this home in the future and look forward to going back to Sedona. You will see by the photos how lovely and well laid out the house plan is. This place felt like home to us, and was even nicer than the photos. The peaceful neighborhood and lovely patio area will be missed. This was the perfect place for us to decompress for a month. The hot tub was used frequently and was a great bonus for those after hike soaks as well as relaxing stargazing soaks at night. Cleanliness: Everything was clean and tidy upon arrival and we enjoyed having a cleaning service (part of the fee) hallway way through our one month stay. Internet: Fast internet with no major issues while we were there. Kitchen: Very nicely stocked for all types of cooking. The major and minor appliances all worked well, and it was very nice to be fully stocked for our stay with paper products, as well as various soaps for kitchen, laundry, and bath. Bedroom: The master had a comfortable Tempur-Pedic mattress and there was plenty of closet and dresser space for us to unpack in and stash our bags. Garage: Since we were staying for the month, it was nice to be able to park inside. Hosts: Peter and Susan were gracious, welcoming, very helpful and always available to answer any questions we had. We were able to meet and visit on a couple of occasions, as well as view a couple of their other VRBO offerings. We truly enjoyed getting to know Peter and Susan and would not hesitate to recommend others to any of their properties."
