  • Beautiful home in ideal downtown Prescott location

"For our long week-end stay, we parked our car when we arrived Friday evening and didn't use it again until we left on Monday morning. The location is perfect for access to all that downtown Prescott has to offer. If you are interested in Arizona's history, the Sharlot Hall Museum is a can't miss and is only a few steps away at the end of the street. It has the early governors' mansions and several other reconstructed dwellings on the site. When not out and about Prescott, there couldn't be a better place to rest than in this home. It is spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. The furnishings, kitchen and overall decor are all to a very high standard - if it were mine I don't think I could bear to rent it. The owner, Pearl, was very nice and helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the home to help us get the most out of enjoying our stay, then left her contact number in case we had any problem. This place is almost too good to recommend - I'm temped to try and keep it a secret to be sure it is available for our future stays in Prescott."

  • Lovely Cabin in a Lovely Neighborhood

"We made a last minute booking to Pintetop and were very lucky that this cabin was available! It was quite lovely, very clean and well maintained! The bedroom situation was perfect for our party (4 adults and 4 children and a baby). Denise was super helpful and responsive with questions when booking and Guy was equally responsive when we had questions about the WiFi. The kitchen is stocked with any gadgets and kitchenware that you could need. There are plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. The neighborhood is just adorable; quiet, pretty and plenty of winding intertwined streets to walk around in the cool evening! We would definitely stay here again!"

  • Awesome property!

"We thoroughly enjoyed every minute at this beautiful home in the pines! The property is gorgeous with artwork and special details everywhere. Our family gathered here to relax and enjoy our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We played games, cooked some amazing meals together and just enjoyed relaxing together in a well deserved break from our normal busy lives. There was room for everyone and plenty to do during the day in the area. We enjoyed kayaking on nearby Rainbow lake, fishing at Showlow Lake, riding bikes in the neighborhood, quads on the nearby trails designed for them, and even zip lining at the ski resort. The area is easy to reach, has plenty of off road parking and everything you need is provided. I know my mom really loved the front porch and the back deck for relaxing, reading a good book and listening to the rain in the afternoon storms. One of our family favorites was eating meals together on the back deck. The tables can be set up to hold a lot of people, which was great. Our other favorite was the corn toss and washoo tournament we had. There was room for everyone to sit and laugh and talk around the game in the back yard (and even the garage when the weather isn't so great). Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We can't wait to for an excuse to all come back together. The Stegina, McNatt and Smith families"

  • Just Perfect!!

"This was a family get together, as we live in Az & Cali. We all had such an amazing time at John's cabin. We could relax on the huge, beautiful patio or play darts or beanbag toss or horseshoes! So many activities to choose from! The kitchen is so well stocked with all the pots, pans & utensils you could ask for!! Even a full sIze crockpot!! Plenty of spices too! We weren't able to have fires because of the restrictions, but to be honest, we didn't even miss that. John was available for any & all questions I had. Numerous times during our 4 night stay, comments were made about how accommodating & comfortable the cabin was. Our asssorted families of 14 had such a wonderful, memory-filled time!! Thanks, John! Can't wait to come back!"
