  • Home away from home!!

"This Christopher Creek getaway was a home away from home! The property was beautiful and very well kept. The sound of the rushing creek in the backyard was incredibly peaceful. The house was clean and provided everything a family of three and our boxer could need...including a massage chair!! Two king suites with a great room between was a perfect layout. We were so comfortable and the little community of Christopher Creek was quite welcoming. This home is a hop skip and a jump from the Rim for sledding and playing in the snow, a quick jaunt to rockhounding at Diamond Point, and a short drive to Payson for additional restaurants and entertainment. Anita was such a lovely host. Her brownies surpassed reputation! Scrumptious!! Such a sweet bonus. Thank you Anita! We look forward to returning soon for all that your haven and northern Arizona have to offer! Blessings! The Brady Family"

  • Glendale Girls Trip 2016

"We've taken our annual trip now for 19 years. We've stayed in many cabin rentals and our trip to Heber was very, very pleasant. The cabin was very comfortable. Comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. That's very important to these "over 50" girls! This will definitely be one of our repeat destinations!"

  • Little Slice of Paradise

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. We had pretty much everything we needed to make our stay feel like home (including a crockpot). Getting into the house and locking it up after we left was a seamless process as we had all the information we needed for getting the keys. Wi-Fi and updated silverware would have been great additions, but we managed without it. We were fortunate to have plenty of snow on the ground for a white Christmas, and still managed to meet some of the fluffiest grey squirrels I've ever seen. There were board games available for us to play as a family so we were entertained with those in-between-trips out to play in the snow. We though it was a nice touch that there were dog beds in the cabin so our fur baby was just as comfortable as we were. I thought the add mentioned central heat and air which was not the case, but the centrally located wall heater kept us all plenty warm throughout all rooms in the cabin. It does have a fenced backyard, however, if you have a larger dog or one with Olympic jumping abilities, you may want to consider additional methods to prevent escape as the fence is very short. Overall, the cabin was clean, it had what we needed for a 4 day family stay, and we were happy with our time away from the city. We will definitely look into staying in this cabin again in the future."
