  • Quiet, comfortable and welcoming.

"From the moment we walked up to the colorfully decorated front porch and entered this sunny, comfortable, beautiful little home, we were enchanted. The smallest details were evident in the tasteful decor. The thought for comfort of the guests was amazing and greatly appreciated. The location was perfect for our trips to Sedona, Jerome and the Grand Canyon. And we love Prescott! It is a delight to sit on the patio, watching the birds enjoying the fountain. And on our last morning there, while having our coffee, we were joined by a covey of quail. Our whole experience was perfect. We certainly were sorry to leave and already planning a return visit to that "Happy Little Blue House". Thank you for making our Arizona vacation a very memorable experience."

  • Rustic cabin. Beautiful neighborhood.

"Cabin is located in a wonderful neighborhood with nice neighbors. Cabin is rustic with a home like feel. Beautiful Pine Trees and Oak Trees around the cabin. Few minor issues, but owner is aware and is making repairs and improvements."

  • Lovely house and fabulous view!

"Lisa was wonderful. The house is fabulous and has many amenities. It was just my husband and myself and we had a great time enjoying the games in the basement and the great views. The kitchen is well appointed, the linens were clean (not dusty or musty) and the house contained everything you could need. Pine is a nice small town (versus Payson - which has a bit of a strip mall feel). Thanks Lisa for a wonderful weekend. PS- this would be a great house for a family to stay as the rooms are comfortable and there is plenty to do."
