  • Very Clean, Enough beds, Fully stocked

"We had an excellent time at this cabin. We had plenty of beds for two families ( the double bunk room was awesome). The cabin was fully stocked with what we needed (crock pot, cooking utensils etc). It was also very clean. It backs up to the creek. We went in the winer so there was no running water, but can imagine that the kids would love the running creak at another time of year. Also, the golf course had a snow and we were able to just walk across the street and do some sledding with the kids (we had children under 12), but it was wesome. We will definitely will be back."

  • Awesome property!

"We thoroughly enjoyed every minute at this beautiful home in the pines! The property is gorgeous with artwork and special details everywhere. Our family gathered here to relax and enjoy our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We played games, cooked some amazing meals together and just enjoyed relaxing together in a well deserved break from our normal busy lives. There was room for everyone and plenty to do during the day in the area. We enjoyed kayaking on nearby Rainbow lake, fishing at Showlow Lake, riding bikes in the neighborhood, quads on the nearby trails designed for them, and even zip lining at the ski resort. The area is easy to reach, has plenty of off road parking and everything you need is provided. I know my mom really loved the front porch and the back deck for relaxing, reading a good book and listening to the rain in the afternoon storms. One of our family favorites was eating meals together on the back deck. The tables can be set up to hold a lot of people, which was great. Our other favorite was the corn toss and washoo tournament we had. There was room for everyone to sit and laugh and talk around the game in the back yard (and even the garage when the weather isn't so great). Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We can't wait to for an excuse to all come back together. The Stegina, McNatt and Smith families"

  • Bachelorette Weekend

"I recently stayed here with a few of my bridesmaids for a different type of bachelorette weekend. (We didn't want to do the "Vegas Party" style). We wanted something low-key, where we could sit around in our jammies and have wine and girl time! The house was absolutely perfect!! It was clean, well maintained, and fully stocked for our gourmet grilled cheese dinner. :) (The only thing missing was some foil and extra paper towels). Also, I would definitely not recommend for young children or very elderly- the house has a lot of balconies and steep staircases; and all bedrooms are located on the second or third floor. The floors are real wood, so wear socks or shoes too! The house manager stopped by and brought me a bouquet of flowers and some candy to congratulate me, which was so sweet. We really, really enjoyed our experience, and spending some quality time together. The beds are all VERY comfortable, and we had fun exploring the house and all the amazing details. We walked into town and had dinner at Rose's. (yum!) However, most of our fun was had just relaxing and enjoying the home. If you stay here take care of all the wonderful, irreplaceable antiques, books, and everything else they have paid great detail into providing. I'll never forget this weekend, it was truly one of the best weekends of my whole life, and thank you so very much for allowing us to stay. The character and energy of the house were all a part of this... We would come back in a heartbeat!!! Love, Kelly"

  • Great location

"Nice cabin in a really good location. Far enough out of town that you get the feeling of being away from everything but close enough that there is plenty to do."
