  • Great vacation home!

"Our family stayed at Cory Pines for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are great, (we met several) and it's close to downtown. The house is darling inside, with comfortable beds, a well appointed kitchen and plenty of seating for everyone. Our dog had a wonderful time as well. The outdoor doggy area was great as it has artificial turf which really cut down on the mud being tracked into the house when we'd let the dog out (it rained the day we arrived). The kids enjoyed s'mores in the fire pit in the evening while my husband and I relaxed on the couch. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. It's a lovely property and we're looking forward to staying at Cory Pines again soon."

  • Lovely Home Away-from-Home

"This is a beautiful home. The pictures are as it is. It is easy to have pets here because you are able to shut off the carpeted areas. The kitchen is roomy, beds are comfortable and very nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again."

  • Peaceful and perfect!

"Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Close enough to get things if needed, but far enough away that you feel like you have escaped! Everything was well equipped and the surrounding area was perfect for family hiking. We would love to stay again!"

  • Beautiful home in ideal downtown Prescott location

"For our long week-end stay, we parked our car when we arrived Friday evening and didn't use it again until we left on Monday morning. The location is perfect for access to all that downtown Prescott has to offer. If you are interested in Arizona's history, the Sharlot Hall Museum is a can't miss and is only a few steps away at the end of the street. It has the early governors' mansions and several other reconstructed dwellings on the site. When not out and about Prescott, there couldn't be a better place to rest than in this home. It is spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. The furnishings, kitchen and overall decor are all to a very high standard - if it were mine I don't think I could bear to rent it. The owner, Pearl, was very nice and helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the home to help us get the most out of enjoying our stay, then left her contact number in case we had any problem. This place is almost too good to recommend - I'm temped to try and keep it a secret to be sure it is available for our future stays in Prescott."
