  • Peaceful getaway

"This cabin is the perfect getaway. So quiet and great views. While we were there we saw several deer just wander through the property, even stopping and looking at us for a few minutes. The cabin is well stocked with everything you need. We grilled all our meals and even ate some of them outdoors at the picnic table. Our dog had a blast walking around the trails on the property. A lot of our time was spent sitting on the rocking chairs on the peaceful porch. The owners were great to work with, made it so easy. We are already looking at the calendar for next year."

  • Perfect for big groups!!

"There were 13 in our group (4 different families) ranging in age from 9 to 70- this house was the perfect set up for us. We called it "the compound", because the property has 3 buildings all connected by an amazing wrap around deck. Since there are 3 buildings we never felt like we were on top of each other. There was plenty of room to spread out. It backs up to the woods, so it was a very private setting. There was a fireplace outside, but we never used it due to all the snow on the ground. The main house has 5 very nice size bedrooms...2 upstairs that share a big bathroom with 2 sinks, the master is on the main floor with it's own bathroom, fireplace and door that leads to the deck, 2 large bedrooms down in the walk-out basement also with a bathroom. The kitchen has a nice big table, double ovens, a fireplace. The great room has plenty of seating and a fireplace. The guest house has 2 big bedrooms and they share a bathroom. The game room has a pool table, shuffle board and darts. There is a fireplace in there too! Since we were there in the winter we put all 4 of those fireplaces to work all day long! Sunrise is a 30 minute drive. Safeway is just a few minutes away, so if you forget something it's not a huge deal. Since there was so many of us we planned all of our meals and ate at "the compound". We did get pizza one night from Red Devil and that was really good. James was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone heading to Pinetop. We all had a great time and hope to make it back!"

  • Perfect place for kids and adults

"This house was perfect! We had 2 families stay here and we had plenty of room. All we brought with us is food and drinks. The kitchen had all the pots and pans needed to cook meals plus a BBQ outside. The bedrooms had plenty of space to sleep. The kids were happy with a room all to themselves with a Xbox and plenty of beds to sleep on plus a trampoline out side and swings. The fire pit was a bonus! The kids and adults enjoyed making s'mores. We highly recommend this place! It's clean and in excellent condition. We will be coming back again!"
