  • If you're looking for a temporary place to stay in the Phoenix area, this is great

"Having access to the lake made our stay better than expected with the temperatures over 105 degrees every day. Using the kayaks in the morning and the pool in the afternoon with a little shade allowed us to spend time outside. The home has enough amenities inside to be comfortable during the heat of the day. And the ripe grapefruit was a bonus. Just wish there had been an extendable picker to reach the higher branches."

  • Comfortable Winter Home

"House was spotless and comfortable. Truly like a second home. All appliances in excellent working order and easy to use. Neighborhood is quiet and clean with friendly families. Location was within easy driving distance of all shopping/restaurants. Owners were easy to contact and deal with. We highly recommend this rental for snowbirds with pets!"

  • Beautiful Condo

"This condo did not disappoint for our girls weekend get-away! It was clean, nicely furnished and spacious enough to allow the 3 of us to each have our own bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The patio overlooks the golf course and was perfect for my morning coffee. The location is about 15 minutes from Gateway airport with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and activities. The pool and hot tub are right outside the condo and well taken care of. We loved the security of the gated community and it is so nicely landscaped with walking paths around the ponds. The garage was also a bonus! Paul was very responsive to all my questions. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future get-aways!"

  • Great Place To Stay That Has All You Need - WITH ONE MAJOR CAVEAT

"We stayed for over a week at this property and it is a beautiful place nestled around the block from my relatives house which is why myself, my wife, and our 15-month old decided on this property when we were flying in from Michigan to visit. Overall it was just as described, however the only issue is the VERY LOUD train that runs right behind the house multiple times each day and night. I would say an average of 5 trains every day. Depending on the cargo and size of the train, the vibrations were so intense that the house would violently shake, similar to a medium-sized earth quake. Every night around 2AM AND 3AM it came by, and it scared the crap out of us the first few nights. I remember chuckling about it one of the following days thinking about how my wife woke up in a huge panic one time like a bomb was going off(which wasn't funny at the time, but amusing afterwards). I wore earplugs every night to sleep but the earplugs were no match for the trains. We did get kind of used to them by the end of the stay. Before choosing this property I did read in previous reviews about the noise from the trains, however I still did not understand the magnitude of it and I was caught off-guard by it which is why I am trying to be as clear and detailed as I can so that a future traveler will at least be more aware of the noise. All of this being said, aside from the train issue it was a perfect stay and we will most likely stay here in the future!"
