"I rented the property Feb 25, 2017 for 1 week during our family reunion. It was so immaculate and well cared for, we enjoyed every moment. Even the fresh flowers and gift basket were such a beautiful treat!! The three separate master suites were so comfy and well appointed. There is nothing I would change about the accommodations and I will look forward to coming back again next year at the same time. I certainly hope it is still available. Thank you for a lovely week!! • Exceptional peacefulness

"Owner was fantastic, easy to work with and very helpful. Place was extremely peaceful, well maintained and decorated, and clean. Inside a gated community, it is surrounded with nice golf courses and mountains. Will stay again. Thanks!"

  • Relax with outstanding views of the Superstition Mountain and local wildlife

"My wife and I stayed at Adams home for the month of March 2017. We had just retired and were looking for a quiet place to relax. We couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations and the location of this house. When relaxing on the patio you get the feeling that you are alone with nature, yet you are only steps from all modern services and only minutes from malls , shopping and golf. We saw many different types of birds and animals each day, both in and outside the yard. The house is clean and well kept, and totally suited our needs. The owner was responsive before, during and after our stay. Above all, the views of the Superstition Mountain were outstanding. As the sun sets, you are treated to a different array of colors every five minutes. Truly beautiful and unique to this location. We would certainly stay here again, and hope to have that opportunity in the future. Kevin and Karen"

  • Mountain Getaway

"We stayed at this beautiful home for 11 days in March 2017. Each day we spent enjoying AZ by going to Spring Training baseball, taking short road trips to spots like Tortilla Flat and hiking on trails such as the Peralta Trail. We would then end the day making dinner in the big kitchen and enjoying meals and wine on the patio. The view of Flatiron Mt. from the patio is spectacular and we saw many a sunrise - and moonrise! - from our front row seats at the house. The bedrooms & bathrooms were comfortable and gave some privacy when needed. We had as many as 7 people in the house and everyone was able to retreat to a spot for alone time. I feel compelled to respond to a couple of other reviews here that were negative. When we arrived the house was spotless. We did not experience the lack of communication with the owner. We have stayed at many VRBO locations and they all come with their own quirks. We do not go expecting a hotel-like experience with our every need fulfilled by the owner. We stay at a VRBO to get away from cramped, loud, expensive hotels. Sure the TVs are older here, the light switches are confusing at places and the patio furniture had thin cushions (that "problem" took us 15 seconds to solve) but overall we were extremely happy with our entire stay. We would recommend it highly! Oh, there is a trailhead just a short walk from the house that makes for a perfect hike. And, for a fun local restaurant go the Handlebar in Apache Junction."
