  • Goodyear Vacation Home

"We spent a week at this home in March and really enjoyed our time there. The description on VRBO was very accurate. It is a large home and would be great for a family or group of friends. The house was really well equipped and the backyard pool, hot tub and mountain views made for a fun and memorable stay. Customer service and responsiveness by the owners were outstanding and we really hope we are able to book this home again in the future."

  • Totally Relaxing!

"I opened the front door on a code run deadbolt - so smart! Once inside I was so impressed with the clean, organized, beautifully furnished home I was going to enjoy for a week. I stayed in the house myself and felt completely safe and at ease. It helped knowing that Lylle and Jennifer were only a telephone call away if anything went amiss. One evening I had company, including children, join me for dinner. We had a wonderful barbecue and swim in the back yard pool. Though the pool is not fenced there is a latch on the door to the backyard/pool area which is totally out of reach for children. (My granddaughter's are two and four and I had no worry of them opening the door.) I enjoyed bike rides and walks in the area which includes access to the South Lake. The lake has a wonderful walking path, tennis courts, a volley ball court and a canopied playground for children. There are also roofed picnic areas. The residents and visitors alike make good use of this activity area. On the first night of my stay there was a 'Ballet Under the Stars' held at the Star Point Resident's Club. A neighbour mentioned it to me and I decided to take it in. It was one of the most amazing events I have ever witnessed while on vacation. It was so wonderful to be apart of this close knit community as they came together either biking, walking or driving to the venue and all bringing seating for themselves. Adults and Children alike were in awe of the performance as the Arizona stars twinkled overhead. (A community event with no charge!) I know I will be visiting Lylle and Jennifer's property again and would highly recommend it to those choosing to spend some relaxing time in Estrella Mountain Ranch."

  • Absolutely perfect!

"This property is beautiful, secluded and quiet, large functional house. Fantastic getaway. The pool is large and inviting. My husband and in laws loved the place. Overall would so stay there again! No problems at all and "check in" and "check out" were awesome. Thank you so much Lynn."

  • It's the added extras that make this house special

"In a quiet, safe neighbourhood with a beautiful view this was the perfect place to relax. Although small the heated pool with a waterfall in a tastefully landscaped yard is great for a dip or sunbathing on the floats - the kids managed some more energetic games. The hot tub is a lovely place for relaxing in the warm evening with the pool lights on and filled plastic margarita glasses. We mostly ate outside, cooking on the grill. There is a good sized Safeway minutes away, seasonings in the cupboards, all the kitchen equipment one might need, and any number of takeaway restaurants. The house is spotlessly clean and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable with great pillows, quality sheets and soft, plush towels. The master bedroom is huge with a massive bathroom. The other three double rooms are smaller but ample and share a bathroom. There is a TV in every room although we never used them and a TV with surround sound in the living room, on which we watched several of the many family DVDs provided. The internet is fast and worked well. We played foosball and air hockey in the garage and took some of the board games outside to play in the shade. The house felt like a home and we really didn't need to leave to seek entertainment except to take a lovely sunset walk in Estrella Mountain Park. Barbara was helpful and responsive with all questions and arrangements beforehand. All in all it was lovely place to retreat."
