  • Family perfect!!!!

"This home was accurately as it was described. It was a home that was thoughtfully and warmly decorated and very clean. We were particularly impressed with the variety of DVD's available. Located on a quiet street and accessible to grocery stores, movie theaters and casino. We would recommend the home to any of our friends if asked about home rentals in the Maricopa area. Debbie was a delight to deal with. Our flight was delayed in arriving; she made arrangements with her neighbor to greet us. He was very helpful in getting us settled in."

  • Awesome rental

"Renting this house was a true blessing to ourgent family. We rented this house for a little over 2 months while we were in escrow and the owner was great as well as the house. I loved the fact it was pet friendly and perfect for our family of 4. I would definitely recommend it."

  • A Gem in Maricopa

"My wife and I stayed at this lovely home from January to April 2016. When we walked in, we could not have been more pleased. It was very spacious and well appointed, very comfortable and homey, and quiet as it is in a community away from the main highways. The enclosed back yard (with a hot tub) was a favorite spot for us in the afternoon. The location is also excellent as the home is close to grocery stores, Wal-Mart, restaurants, the post office, the library, etc. We explored the many historic sites, museums and ancient ruins within a 50-70 mile radius of the house. There is much history in this area and we spent a great deal of time visiting and re-visiting some of these sites. Especially interesting is the Casa Grande Ruins National Park in nearby Coolidge. If you are a history buff, this is a great area to research. Also, if you enjoy golf, there is a beautiful golf course on the site. The owners are very gracious and ready to answer any questions we had. We sincerely and highly recommend this home for your getaway time."
