  • Beautiful Maricopa Home!!

"We spent 9 wonderful days in Maricopa with our 3 daughters! We are planning on returning in 2 years from now to this home (if it is available) because we had such a comfortable stay! The owner was easy to reach (by text or email) to answer any questions we had but the notes that were provided prior to our trip were very easy to understand and well communicated. The yard was simply amazing!! We had fresh lemons (in April) off the tree for our drinks when we were relaxing by the beautiful pool. The putting green was so much fun for the family - what a delight! Our neighborhood and neighbors were so quiet and the community was so clean & beautiful! When we went for walks in the morning or evening, Everyone said "hello"! We felt safe and comfortable in the home and in the community! We can't wait to go back in 2 years!! Thanks so much to the owners for sharing their home with us!"

  • A Gem in Maricopa

"My wife and I stayed at this lovely home from January to April 2016. When we walked in, we could not have been more pleased. It was very spacious and well appointed, very comfortable and homey, and quiet as it is in a community away from the main highways. The enclosed back yard (with a hot tub) was a favorite spot for us in the afternoon. The location is also excellent as the home is close to grocery stores, Wal-Mart, restaurants, the post office, the library, etc. We explored the many historic sites, museums and ancient ruins within a 50-70 mile radius of the house. There is much history in this area and we spent a great deal of time visiting and re-visiting some of these sites. Especially interesting is the Casa Grande Ruins National Park in nearby Coolidge. If you are a history buff, this is a great area to research. Also, if you enjoy golf, there is a beautiful golf course on the site. The owners are very gracious and ready to answer any questions we had. We sincerely and highly recommend this home for your getaway time."

  • Wonderful stay in Maricopa

"Everything in this home was just great! It was spotlessly clean - the kitchen was fully equipped and the pool and spa were also well maintained. It also helped that the weather was hot and sunny every single day - needless to say the pool was well used. I would not hesitate to recommend this home to future renters. We look forward to returning in the future. Thanks Sandy!"

  • Great vacation property in Maricopa.

"We are a family of four. We stayed in this property for a week. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience! What worked: Great pool- heater and cleaner worked well! Lots of towels. Plenty of activities at the house to keep the kids busy! (badminton, horseshoes, golf, pool, cards..) Comfortable beds. Great showers/ baths. Many household supplies stocked when we arrived. Home is near grocery stores. Multi-tainment center with bowling, arcade, movies, etc is very close. What didn't work/ needs improvement: Missing important kitchen amenities--like a roasting/baking pan (I ended up buying one!)and a good sized stock pot. Kitchen tools that were supplied were in poor condition (the pots and pans were scratched up terribly, the saucepan was melted so the lid didn't fit, vegetable peeler didn't work) Lighting was poor in the kitchen. The outside grill was filthy! The room with the pool table needs a table/bar to set down drinks. Could use a list of what items can be recycled in Maricopa. Couldn't get the trash compactor to work and opening and closing it was a nuisance(very heavy). The kitchen table was difficult to clean-- it has crevices that catch food/crumbs. The sliding door to the pool is very heavy--a screen door would be better. The water was very hard and made it difficult to clean dishes. Thank you for a very enjoyable week."
