  • Amazing Family Retreat

"If you're looking for a space to call home, with all of the amenities, look no further. 4 adults and 2 children (6 & 8) vacationed in this Scottsdale home for 8 days in July. The beds were terrific, the kitchen well stocked and the living areas were spacious and well pointed. The pool was used everyday and provided the perfect way to cool off in Arizona's summer heat. We called on Blair and property manager Maria during our stay, and we were met with quick, courteous responses. We had the pleasure to meet both and found them to be helpful and friendly. We hope to travel back next summer and will definitely look to this property that exceeded our needs."

  • Great Views Great Location

"I don't think you could ask more from this property or the owner. You won't find a nicer or more gracious host. She was very accommodating and after a long day of traveling helped us settle into the house in no time. She responded quickly to any inquiry we had and was so nice that we asked her to spend some time with us and were glad she did. Every morning was stated out on the back patio as the sun rose over the mountains. We enjoyed fresh oranges and lemons from the trees on the property. The views of the valley lights at night looking to the north were fantastic. This is truly a very beautiful and relaxing location with plenty of room. The house has everything you would want and is very tastefully decorated. We were about a 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do from southern Scottsdale to Sun City to Pinnacle Peak to Cave Creek. Hiking trails were as close as 3 blocks away. Several restaurants seen on Diners Drive Ins and Dives were just a short drive away. We even got to watch the full moon come up over the mountains - beautiful. If you have an opportunity to stay here, don't pass it up."

  • Loved the condo....a home away from home

"We stayed here the month of January 2016 and despite lower than average temperatures we had many pleasant afternoons by the heated pool. The condo is nicely decorated in Arizona-style and the amenities provided for a comfortable month in Paradise Valley, a wonderful part of Phoenix area. Enjoyed the view from our balcony which was scenic but quiet, away from any traffic noise. The grounds were immaculate and cared for daily. Spent some quiet time on a bench in the cactus garden. There is a clubhouse and gym which we used a few times only. Loved the fact that Anasazi Village is located so close to many food stores with Whole Foods and Fry's being two of our favourites. Also Trader Joe's, Albertson's and Sprouts all less than 5 minutes away. And we got to try some new restaurants such as Bonefish Grill, Longhorn, Paradise Bakery and our absolute favourite Rosconi's. Shopping is a walk away to TJ Maxx, Steinmart, Paradise Valley Mall and Ross a short drive away., Would definitely return to this condo if the Canadian dollar improved."

  • Spring Break at Kierland

"At first I wasn't sure about this unit because our reservations go mixed up somehow so we were moved. However, this unit suited our needs perfectly! It was clean when we arrived and the beds were very comfortable. We wanted to come and go and not worry about hotel service which was great. We enjoyed going to spring training games and then coming back to relax and kick back in the family room. We were able to do some light cooking (fully stocked kitchen) and sit out on the nice patio. We would do this again!!"
