  • Perfect place to stay in Scottsdale!

"I’m a medical student and did a month rotation at the Mayo Clinic in August. We (including my wife and my two year old daughter) were lucky enough to stay in Sharon’s condo. If you have to be in Scottsdale in the summer, this is a great place to be! We loved it. It was beautifully furnished throughout. It was exceptionally clean and the beds and beautiful sofas were super-comfortable. It looks even better than depicted in the photos. It doesn’t have a lot of nick knacks, which is perfect if you have a child or don’t like a lot of clutter. But everything you could possibly need was there. There are two patios and the condo is very open and light. It has plantation shutters on all three patio doors. They let the light in the day and dark and cool at night. The two pools and hot tub are very close (but not too close so there’s no pool noise) and the complex is beautifully landscaped and quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and cooking utensils you’ll need. This is an unbeatable location. The condo is a stone’s throw away from nice restaurants, shopping, and there’s a new Safeway almost across the street. There’s gourmet food shopping very close also (AJ’s Market is south on Scottsdale Rd a few miles and Whole Foods is west on Shea Blvd). My wife enjoyed shopping at the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall and the Scottsdale Quarter just a few miles north (fun, upscale shopping and an Apple store). We celebrated my 30th birthday at the most beautiful restaurant: Elements at the Sanctuary Resort. A little pricey but worth every penny! It’s on Camelback Mountain with fantastic views, awesome food and the best service you’ll ever find. There’s a large YMCA right across 70th St. (5 minute walk). They have babysitting services, a lap pool, lots of weight machines, free weights, racquetball and basketball courts and much more. This condo has a split bedroom floor plan, which would also be nice for two couples. Each couple has their own bathroom and private patio. It’s close to everything but still tucked away on a quiet street, making it a peaceful retreat. I would love to come back in the winter, lounge on the patios and not have to go to work! Sharon was very engaged and wonderful to work with. Upon our arrival she made us feel very comfortable and welcome. She was always available for advice about things to do in the area. I strongly recommend this one. Totally 5 out of 5 stars!"

  • Nice house and ideal location

"We loved our stay at this beautiful home! Location was perfect and close to both the Kierland commons and the desert ridge area where we have family. The home has a nice layout and spacious enough for a larger group to enjoy. There is also a nice park within walking distance that our kids loved. Check-in was easy and convenient. Overall the home was clean and kept up nicely to match the photos. Great experience."

  • A Lovely Place To Stay

"My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo in March to enjoy spring training baseball as well as the warm Arizona weather. The caramel corn Diane left for us at the condo was lovely after a very frustrating experience at the airport car rental counter messed up our arrival time. The parking spot is directly in front of the first floor condo, so getting ourselves in and settled was a piece of cake. We found the decor to be a bit dated, and the cushions on the sofa in the living room slid forward a bit making it difficult to sit on them. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. The location of the unit is excellent, with only a few steps walk to the heated pool. The pool is small but perfectly adequate, with enough seating and tables to keep users happy. The heater in the pool wasn't working one day while we were there, but was fixed within 24 hours or less, as it was working the next time we went there. It was great to have our own washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was fully equipped although we mostly confined our cooking to bagels and coffee--it was a vacation! There is a lovely walking path behind the complex for morning walks before the heat of the day arrives. The complex itself is close to restaurants, drug and grocery stores as well as highways that facilitate exploring the entire Phoenix area. We had a couple of glitches during our stay and Diane was immediately responsive in dealing with them. Our damage deposit was returned quickly after we arrived home."

  • L&L

"We have been at this complex several times and this unit is THE nicest we have rented. We truly appreciated there were no rugs, the unit is updated, clean and fresh and you can tell the owner takes pride in her ownership ... from the cozy king bed, to the unit's furnishings, to the many many tv channels, to the wifi. Our every need was anticipated and available. We loved being on the safe-feeling top floor and having the absolutely wonderful view of a pool, golf course, and mountain with our morning coffee! We thoroughly enjoyed our pre-winter vaca and will definitely be back ... thank you Tina (also for those delicious L'Orange English muffins and cherry jam ... yum!)"
