  • Wonderful property !!!

"We stayed in the house for a month as we sold our home and were looking for a new place. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. She quickly answered any questions we had and provided assistance. The house was clean and had all the necessities covered. The house is in quiet neighborhood close to PV mall and all shopping centers. We are grateful that we found this home in time of transition. I highly recommended it."

  • C & P

"We spent two months in Sharon's condo in the middle of summer and it was a great experience!!!!We were greeted with gifts and a welcome sign along with a beautiful condo. The pictures do not do it justice.!!! .Furnished with very nice furniture, it was tastefully decorated, including shutters to close when the sun gets hot, this condo has everything you need even for a long stay. The kitchen is equipped with everything including a George Forman grill, blender, coffee maker, toaster and all the normal glassware and cooking utensils you will need, even a pantry. No need to bring linens, there are plenty in both bedrooms and bath rooms. We loved having the second bedroom and bath when our granddaughter stopped to see us. There are two patios to enjoy especially when it rains. Even though the complex is located near main streets and great shopping it was very quiet. Great restaurants, Dairy Queen(my husbands favorite), grocery shopping, barber shop, and stores like Tuesday Morning are within walking distance. Mayo Hospital is only 15 min. away, and Scottsdale Rd is one block away where almost everything is located that you could possibly want to experience!!! Sharon provided lists of restaurants and shopping making it easier for us. One of the best parts of the two months was getting to know Sharon, she was wonderful to work with and made us feel so comfortable always asking if there was anything we needed. Having lived in Phoenix some 20 years ago, I can say without reservation that this condo is the perfect place for a get away!!!! We will be happy to go back and enjoy some quiet time!!! I would rate this not a 5 but a 10!!!!! Go and enjoy...."

  • Great Stay at Bella Terra!

"Adele and Chris are absolutely wonderful people to deal with, and exceptional at responding to any inquiries. Their place is exactly as advertised, a modern and really comfortable 1-bdrm, fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay the perfect vacation retreat. It is extremely well located with access to all major food stores a couple of blocks away (Frys, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Trader Joes), plenty of great shopping and restaurants nearby, and the unit has great access to all the hiking trails, North Scottsdale, and Old Town Scottsdale. I spent all of January at their unit, and can't wait to get back there again next year. My wife was able to stay for most of the month, and we got to see many of the events and attractions that I had not seen on previous trips to Phoenix (art galleries, the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM), Phoenix Zoo, Barrett Jackson, Tucson, etc. When we came back from our daily adventures, we met some really nice folks around the pool and hot tub. Of course, when my wife was not there, I alternated between going golfing one day, and hiking the next. Living the dream! It doesn't get better than that!"

  • A Lovely Place To Stay

"My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo in March to enjoy spring training baseball as well as the warm Arizona weather. The caramel corn Diane left for us at the condo was lovely after a very frustrating experience at the airport car rental counter messed up our arrival time. The parking spot is directly in front of the first floor condo, so getting ourselves in and settled was a piece of cake. We found the decor to be a bit dated, and the cushions on the sofa in the living room slid forward a bit making it difficult to sit on them. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. The location of the unit is excellent, with only a few steps walk to the heated pool. The pool is small but perfectly adequate, with enough seating and tables to keep users happy. The heater in the pool wasn't working one day while we were there, but was fixed within 24 hours or less, as it was working the next time we went there. It was great to have our own washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was fully equipped although we mostly confined our cooking to bagels and coffee--it was a vacation! There is a lovely walking path behind the complex for morning walks before the heat of the day arrives. The complex itself is close to restaurants, drug and grocery stores as well as highways that facilitate exploring the entire Phoenix area. We had a couple of glitches during our stay and Diane was immediately responsive in dealing with them. Our damage deposit was returned quickly after we arrived home."
