  • A quiet, pleasant, convenient place to stay

"My husband and I enjoyed this property very much. We would recommend it without hesitation. We found it to be convenient to shopping of all sorts, good restaurants, and recreational activities all around the north Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The condo was clean and well-supplied. The kitchen had everything one could need, including useful left-overs like ketchup in the refrigerator! Beds were very comfortable, as was the couch. Being on the second floor turned out to be a "plus" in that the stairs weren't a problem once we got used to them, and the higher level made us feel secure with windows and patio door open. In fact, the whole condo complex was amazingly clean and quiet and secure-feeling for a place right within a busy commercial area. We appreciated the fact that the parking spot was covered. The little balcony was just right for two and a doable squeeze for four. We enjoyed sitting out there often. We were glad we found this particular place. Because it turned out to be only three minutes from our son's home, I am sure will try to rent it again. There would be no reason not to. Thanks a lot for a good time. Bette Mohr"

  • Loved the condo....a home away from home

"We stayed here the month of January 2016 and despite lower than average temperatures we had many pleasant afternoons by the heated pool. The condo is nicely decorated in Arizona-style and the amenities provided for a comfortable month in Paradise Valley, a wonderful part of Phoenix area. Enjoyed the view from our balcony which was scenic but quiet, away from any traffic noise. The grounds were immaculate and cared for daily. Spent some quiet time on a bench in the cactus garden. There is a clubhouse and gym which we used a few times only. Loved the fact that Anasazi Village is located so close to many food stores with Whole Foods and Fry's being two of our favourites. Also Trader Joe's, Albertson's and Sprouts all less than 5 minutes away. And we got to try some new restaurants such as Bonefish Grill, Longhorn, Paradise Bakery and our absolute favourite Rosconi's. Shopping is a walk away to TJ Maxx, Steinmart, Paradise Valley Mall and Ross a short drive away., Would definitely return to this condo if the Canadian dollar improved."

  • Perfect place to stay in Scottsdale!

"I’m a medical student and did a month rotation at the Mayo Clinic in August. We (including my wife and my two year old daughter) were lucky enough to stay in Sharon’s condo. If you have to be in Scottsdale in the summer, this is a great place to be! We loved it. It was beautifully furnished throughout. It was exceptionally clean and the beds and beautiful sofas were super-comfortable. It looks even better than depicted in the photos. It doesn’t have a lot of nick knacks, which is perfect if you have a child or don’t like a lot of clutter. But everything you could possibly need was there. There are two patios and the condo is very open and light. It has plantation shutters on all three patio doors. They let the light in the day and dark and cool at night. The two pools and hot tub are very close (but not too close so there’s no pool noise) and the complex is beautifully landscaped and quiet. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, and cooking utensils you’ll need. This is an unbeatable location. The condo is a stone’s throw away from nice restaurants, shopping, and there’s a new Safeway almost across the street. There’s gourmet food shopping very close also (AJ’s Market is south on Scottsdale Rd a few miles and Whole Foods is west on Shea Blvd). My wife enjoyed shopping at the Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall and the Scottsdale Quarter just a few miles north (fun, upscale shopping and an Apple store). We celebrated my 30th birthday at the most beautiful restaurant: Elements at the Sanctuary Resort. A little pricey but worth every penny! It’s on Camelback Mountain with fantastic views, awesome food and the best service you’ll ever find. There’s a large YMCA right across 70th St. (5 minute walk). They have babysitting services, a lap pool, lots of weight machines, free weights, racquetball and basketball courts and much more. This condo has a split bedroom floor plan, which would also be nice for two couples. Each couple has their own bathroom and private patio. It’s close to everything but still tucked away on a quiet street, making it a peaceful retreat. I would love to come back in the winter, lounge on the patios and not have to go to work! Sharon was very engaged and wonderful to work with. Upon our arrival she made us feel very comfortable and welcome. She was always available for advice about things to do in the area. I strongly recommend this one. Totally 5 out of 5 stars!"

  • L&L

"We have been at this complex several times and this unit is THE nicest we have rented. We truly appreciated there were no rugs, the unit is updated, clean and fresh and you can tell the owner takes pride in her ownership ... from the cozy king bed, to the unit's furnishings, to the many many tv channels, to the wifi. Our every need was anticipated and available. We loved being on the safe-feeling top floor and having the absolutely wonderful view of a pool, golf course, and mountain with our morning coffee! We thoroughly enjoyed our pre-winter vaca and will definitely be back ... thank you Tina (also for those delicious L'Orange English muffins and cherry jam ... yum!)"
