  • Perfect location for Spring Training

"Our stay at this condo was fantastic! The condo was very comfortable for the four of us; it not only had all of the amenities that we needed to cook at home but also was just across the street from some good restaurants. We enjoyed our dinner at Uncle Sals and grocery shopped at Bashas, which also had a great deli and bakery. Each morning we headed for the spa and pool, which were wonderful. We did, however, avoid the weight room and just enjoyed walking the numerous trails around the condo. We enjoyed the surrounding restaurants, convenient grocery store across the street, and the short walk to the Scottsdale Stadium to watch the Giants. We've been coming to Spring Training for the last 10 years and have decided this was the absolute best place we have ever stayed! We're looking forward to another Spring Training in this condo! Thanks, Brady, for making our stay one of the best! We will definitely recommend this property to our friends!"

  • Lovely condo complex

"A neat, clean condo in an area convenient to everything. Any small issues which arose were addressed immediately by the manager and the owners. Small bedrooms, but very comfortable. Would be happy to return to a place so pleasant, and so well run. Wish there were more pool chairs."

  • Beautiful Grayhawk Condo

"First of all I want to thank Dana for all her help. We needed another condo in the area, for other family members, and she went above and beyond helping me look for one close by. She is a real pleasure to work with! We were lucky enough to stay in this condo for 2 weeks. The condo was very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, flatware, plates and an assortment of drinking glasses. A Keurig machine was a nice addition that we used daily! We loved the 2 upstairs bedrooms with their own bathroom areas, along with the half bath on the main floor. The two balconies (one off the living room and one off the master upstairs bedroom) are a great place to relax. The community itself was beautifully maintained and a pleasure to walk around. Speaking of walking, Fry's (a grocery store), Starbucks, and many fine restaurants are a little over a mile away, the perfect distance to walk (on a paved path) on a sunny Arizona morning. The two heated community pools are also very well maintained. The main pool at the entrance, with the club house attached, is perfect for families with many activities available. The 2nd pool is a one minute walk from the front door of the condo and is a very peaceful and wonderful place to relax. As others have stated before the parking is a bit tricky, but you do have a garage, which is a pleasant perk to keep your car out of the sun. The garage is on the smaller size, but we fit our mid-size car in just fine. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent in the North Scottsdale are. Thanks again Dana, we will be back!"

  • Great Condo - Great Location !!

"Great place to stay in Scottsdale. The condo was just as good as all the other reviews have said. Sharon was easy to work with. She answered all my questions quickly and everything was there as she said it would be.We traveled with another couple and the condo was plenty big enough for the four of us. Condo is in a great location as we traveled as far south as Tombstone, north to Cave Creek, from Glendale to Apache Junction. Would recommend this condo to anybody."
