  • Fantastic place and location and PRICE

"I promise you, after doing VRBO for 10+ years, you will not find a better, cleaner, easier, more suitable place for the money than this condo in Paradise Valley, AZ. We recently spent 3 nights here, loved the location, the nearby shopping, the access to hikeable areas (Camelback Mountain and Squaw Peak). The bathroom and walk in closet were great and the bedrooms were spacious and well appointed with ceiling fans. The pool/hot tub is just outside the patio - we swam twice in our three days even though we have a pool at home we never use. The owner, Diane, was positively accomodating with some requests we had and she was very diligent about following up. This is a fantastic place you will not regret - by far, one of the best bargains on VRBO in such a beautiful vacation area."

  • Great fun property!

"Our family of 5 with 3 young children had a blast at this property. Although July might not be an ideal time to visit Phoenix, no worries if you stay here. We intentionally got a place great for the heat with an indoor pool table and wonderful swimming pool to cool down while outside. Despite the temps, basketball and a putting green could be used in the evening. I loved the well stocked outside pool toy cabinet. It saved me having to buy noodles for the kids. The house was very clean and well equipped. Wal Mart, a gas station, some stores and a few restaurants were 5 minutes away. Airport was 30 minutes away. My only complaints were not knowing how to operate the outdoor fan and the contract process. Anita was willing to send someone over for the fan, but a manual or just knowing more detailed info on the property would be our suggestion. Otherwise, I thought the contract process was overly lengthy in comparison to other places we've stayed. Oh and the one time we tried to use the TV and pop in a DVD for the kids, my husband the engineer even with instructions could never get it to work so maybe a revision is in order. That said, I'm picky and rarely rate a place as excellent, but this one earned it, was a good price, so big you could get lost in it, and a luxury experience we'd highly recommend."

  • Great Views Great Location

"I don't think you could ask more from this property or the owner. You won't find a nicer or more gracious host. She was very accommodating and after a long day of traveling helped us settle into the house in no time. She responded quickly to any inquiry we had and was so nice that we asked her to spend some time with us and were glad she did. Every morning was stated out on the back patio as the sun rose over the mountains. We enjoyed fresh oranges and lemons from the trees on the property. The views of the valley lights at night looking to the north were fantastic. This is truly a very beautiful and relaxing location with plenty of room. The house has everything you would want and is very tastefully decorated. We were about a 30 minutes from everything we wanted to do from southern Scottsdale to Sun City to Pinnacle Peak to Cave Creek. Hiking trails were as close as 3 blocks away. Several restaurants seen on Diners Drive Ins and Dives were just a short drive away. We even got to watch the full moon come up over the mountains - beautiful. If you have an opportunity to stay here, don't pass it up."
