  • The best trip I have taken so far

"I'm so glad I chose this house for our girls trip this year! It was just unbelievable! the pool sits over the edge of the mountain and there are waterfalls throughout the house... We did not want to leave the house the whole week we were there. We spent most of our time in the theater room eating popcorn and watching movies or in the pool listening to music and getting a nice tan to come home with! :)"

  • Wonderful private family vacation home

"I recently rented this house for 2 months (Feb & March 2016) and loved it. My daughter, son-in-law & their new baby were with me for 5 wks. Coming from the cold of Chicago, we truly enjoyed our first snow-birding experience. Both of the kids worked remotely so the WiFi was extremely important. We had plenty of room to spread out. The patio & Pool furniture were great. What fun to be able to sit outside in the cool shade and work/play on the computer! Our favorite feature was the backyard & Pool. The fence & plantings made it completely private. The table & chairs were shaded all day which was perfect for us. The rest of the pool area was sunny & restful. The palm trees, grass & flowering bushes made the yard feel lush & cozy. The master bedroom & bath are enormous. The master TV was not working & when I mentioned it, the owners had it promptly replaced & upgraded. Master located on first floor. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are smaller but adequate sized with Queen beds & dressers. Upstairs bath had 2 sinks, good counter space & tub/shower. There were plenty of extra sheets & towels for all rooms. The kitchen was well equipped & modern. Tons of dishes, silverware & glassware. Washer & dryer worked great. Large TV in Family room which is open to kitchen. We pretty much lived in here. Breakfast nook is also good work space. The location was super convenient. Only a few minutes to Safeway & Walgreens. 15 minute drive to downtown Scottsdale where we enjoyed many of the restaurants. Less than 10 minute drive to Taliesin West (Frank Lloyd Wright's winter home & school.) Easy access to 101. About 20 minute drive to airport. Super easy to get around. Handyman was available with a simple phone call. This home has 1 step up/down into many of the rooms so I wouldn't recommend for wheelchair users. This is a lovely home and I would definitely stay again."

  • Great vacation property in Maricopa.

"We are a family of four. We stayed in this property for a week. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience! What worked: Great pool- heater and cleaner worked well! Lots of towels. Plenty of activities at the house to keep the kids busy! (badminton, horseshoes, golf, pool, cards..) Comfortable beds. Great showers/ baths. Many household supplies stocked when we arrived. Home is near grocery stores. Multi-tainment center with bowling, arcade, movies, etc is very close. What didn't work/ needs improvement: Missing important kitchen amenities--like a roasting/baking pan (I ended up buying one!)and a good sized stock pot. Kitchen tools that were supplied were in poor condition (the pots and pans were scratched up terribly, the saucepan was melted so the lid didn't fit, vegetable peeler didn't work) Lighting was poor in the kitchen. The outside grill was filthy! The room with the pool table needs a table/bar to set down drinks. Could use a list of what items can be recycled in Maricopa. Couldn't get the trash compactor to work and opening and closing it was a nuisance(very heavy). The kitchen table was difficult to clean-- it has crevices that catch food/crumbs. The sliding door to the pool is very heavy--a screen door would be better. The water was very hard and made it difficult to clean dishes. Thank you for a very enjoyable week."

  • Great Mini Vacation

"Our stay was short but we enjoyed every minute of it. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. We cooked out every evening on the back patio, which was really nice and very relaxing. The pool was a hit, lots of fun swimming and just sitting around it. We loved staying in this house, and hope to stay there again!! The San Tan Valley area is really nice, the weather was great. And Scott was very easy to work with."
