  • Great Stay at Bella Terra!

"Adele and Chris are absolutely wonderful people to deal with, and exceptional at responding to any inquiries. Their place is exactly as advertised, a modern and really comfortable 1-bdrm, fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay the perfect vacation retreat. It is extremely well located with access to all major food stores a couple of blocks away (Frys, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Trader Joes), plenty of great shopping and restaurants nearby, and the unit has great access to all the hiking trails, North Scottsdale, and Old Town Scottsdale. I spent all of January at their unit, and can't wait to get back there again next year. My wife was able to stay for most of the month, and we got to see many of the events and attractions that I had not seen on previous trips to Phoenix (art galleries, the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM), Phoenix Zoo, Barrett Jackson, Tucson, etc. When we came back from our daily adventures, we met some really nice folks around the pool and hot tub. Of course, when my wife was not there, I alternated between going golfing one day, and hiking the next. Living the dream! It doesn't get better than that!"

  • Beautiful Grayhawk Condo

"First of all I want to thank Dana for all her help. We needed another condo in the area, for other family members, and she went above and beyond helping me look for one close by. She is a real pleasure to work with! We were lucky enough to stay in this condo for 2 weeks. The condo was very clean and very well decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, flatware, plates and an assortment of drinking glasses. A Keurig machine was a nice addition that we used daily! We loved the 2 upstairs bedrooms with their own bathroom areas, along with the half bath on the main floor. The two balconies (one off the living room and one off the master upstairs bedroom) are a great place to relax. The community itself was beautifully maintained and a pleasure to walk around. Speaking of walking, Fry's (a grocery store), Starbucks, and many fine restaurants are a little over a mile away, the perfect distance to walk (on a paved path) on a sunny Arizona morning. The two heated community pools are also very well maintained. The main pool at the entrance, with the club house attached, is perfect for families with many activities available. The 2nd pool is a one minute walk from the front door of the condo and is a very peaceful and wonderful place to relax. As others have stated before the parking is a bit tricky, but you do have a garage, which is a pleasant perk to keep your car out of the sun. The garage is on the smaller size, but we fit our mid-size car in just fine. All in all we had a great time and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to rent in the North Scottsdale are. Thanks again Dana, we will be back!"

  • Excellent 2-bedroom condo at Racquet Club in Scottsdale

"This was our second year in a row staying at the Jungels' condo at the Racquet Club - once again, we loved it. The facilities are fantastic: you're surrounded by tennis, a variety of swimming pools and hot tubs, and activities that my mother enjoys very much such as book clubs and bridge. It's got great proximity to restaurants, shops, and other Phoenix sites like Taliesin West and The Musical Instrument Museum. A very quick drive down to Old Town Scottsdale to see the famous Art Walk. The Scottsdale Ranch area, where the Racquet Club is located, has a great variety of options for cycling and running (I jogged almost daily on the nearby Green Belt pathway system.) And you're very close to all the mountain hikes in the Phoenix area. Paul and Jennifer maintain a lovely two-bedroom, two-bathroom home and it's extremely comfortable, clean and well-stocked with everything you'll need for your stay in Scottsdale. Very highly recommended!"

  • Perfect Condo - Pretty Perfect

"Customer Care was outstanding. The owner went out of her way to be helpful in every respect. And she was so very patient wth my emailed questions, of which I had quite a few! The Condo was really quite perfect for the two of us and exactly as described. I could not believe how completely well stocked it was with supplies for the kitchen and multiple bathrooms. All we really needed to purchase was food. The living room couch and chairs were very comfortable too! We were in Scottsdale to ride our bicycles, so the ground floor condo was just right as we could ride out with ease. The location was another perfect part. Heading north into the hills and Carefree was a breeze. Heading east to Fountain Hill's as well was easy. And the local roads around the condo area are lovely with nice bike lanes. It's a very short distance to Taliesin West (Frank Lloyd Wright) as well. Grocery store right across the street or Whole Foods a few minutes away by car. Not sure what else I can say to convince you should try out this Perfect Condo for your perfect getaway. The owner's service and care is certain to be outstanding!"
