  • Perfect Location, size and floorplan

"My wife and our 5 children stayed in this home. We really enjoyed the layout of the home. The living room was huge and the dining area was great for our large family. We especially enjoyed the HUGE covered patio area. Lots of seating for eating and a nice BBQ. We also loved all the windows. It is located right on a golf course so it had a nice view. The yard was great! A huge pool! A beautiful view of the golf course from the back yard yet very private. The home was very clean. We met the cleaner as we arrived and we must say she did an excellent job. The location was PERFECT. It was absolutely close to everything and their was a nice private lake walk nearby and a great bike trail system. The owner did provide bikes they weren't in the best shape but he was upfront about that. He told us he provides bikes as a courtesy but isn't in the business of maintaining them. We would definitely book this home again for future trips to Arizona."

  • Optimal Scottsdale location

"We fully enjoyed our week stay in this condo. It was easy and pleasant communicating with the owner for booking. The best feature for this condo is definitely its location. Sitting on the greenbelt with miles of walking/biking paths and an easy 10 minute walk mostly on path right into old Scottsdale is very appealing. For the activities we had planned (urban hiking, camelback and squaw peak, shopping, touring the universities, eating out at the amazing plenitude of outdoor patio seating…) This condo’s location couldn’t be beat. The inside is very clean, comfortable, stocked with everything including pool towels, and tastefully decorated. The ceiling was higher than expected for a condo. The pool was a giant hit with my teenage daughter, who spent every moment of her “down time” there! It is sparkling clean, perfect temperature and the lounge chairs are inviting and comfortable. The pictures accurately reflect the pool atmosphere. The grounds around the complex are clean and kept up exceptionally well. A lot of flowering bougainvilleas, oleanders, palm trees and grass squares. The neighbors are very quiet, never heard any noise at all from them or even down at the pool being so close, it never got very rowdy or noisy. The only negative comment I have is although an optimal location, the street noise is bothersome for sleeping. The unit is very close to a 6-lane busy street which crosses with another busy street. The noise was hardly noticeable anytime just hanging out at the home, however, for sleeping, when all is quite, it was a bit much. After the 2nd night, I picked up some earplugs and was able to sleep better. I am not a particularly light sleeper, just not used to hearing street noise at night. I recommend the owner invest in a couple of new Adirondack chairs and a small table for the balcony, which is a lovely place to sit. Bottom line: Thumbs up! A great experience! Favorite recommendations to share for inviting outside patio dining: the best overall experience was El Chorro, (for a special occasion) following would be Olive and Ivy, The Herb Box, Ritas at The Camelback for happy hour, Tommy Vs Urban Kitchen had excellent Italian but the patio seating was not as gorgeous as the others. My daughter and I really enjoyed driving up to the outdoor shopping malls Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons."

  • Perfect.......

"We spent a month in this wonderful home and it could not have worked out better. The home is very well appointed and in great shape. The pictures do not do it justice. Three generously sized bedrooms, each with a full bath. Two kings and two twins overall. The patio is expansive, with a fireplace, dining table, a large seating area with both a space heater and umbrella to deal with temperature changes, and additional chases for more serious lounging. The master, living room, and office all have direct access to the patio. The heated splash pool can be used as a spa. The patio provides westward views of beautiful sunsets nightly. A surprising extra bonus was access to the terrific Desert Mountain trail system, which is very well organized, is virtually devoid of other hikers, offers multiple challenging trails, and rewards the hiker with phenomenal vistas northward into the Tonto National Forest. We loved the home and will likely return. Thanks to the Copes for their hospitality!!!"
