  • Well maintained, beautiful property!

"This property lived up to all our expectations. We rented for Thanksgiving week and our adult children and their spouses joined us. The home was well maintained, the kitchen well stocked for cooking. Ideal for a large group- bedrooms had their own bathrooms, the living area was large and the theater room was a big hit, especially for football game viewing. The owner was very responsive. Met us at the home and went over all the instructions. Also had written instructions. The pool heater did break down while we were there but the owner reimbursed us the fee for heater and also offered us a pool to use at another property. Grocery shopping, golf and hiking are convenient to the property. A trip into Scottsdale is 30 minutes and the airport is 45-50. We would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home."

  • Perfect.......

"We spent a month in this wonderful home and it could not have worked out better. The home is very well appointed and in great shape. The pictures do not do it justice. Three generously sized bedrooms, each with a full bath. Two kings and two twins overall. The patio is expansive, with a fireplace, dining table, a large seating area with both a space heater and umbrella to deal with temperature changes, and additional chases for more serious lounging. The master, living room, and office all have direct access to the patio. The heated splash pool can be used as a spa. The patio provides westward views of beautiful sunsets nightly. A surprising extra bonus was access to the terrific Desert Mountain trail system, which is very well organized, is virtually devoid of other hikers, offers multiple challenging trails, and rewards the hiker with phenomenal vistas northward into the Tonto National Forest. We loved the home and will likely return. Thanks to the Copes for their hospitality!!!"

  • Thrilled With Our stay!

"My husband and two teenagers stayed at Scott and Gayles home for six nights the week before Christmas and we were completely satisfied. The home was more spacious than depicted in the pictures. Master Suite at one end of the house and kids' rooms at the other end. It was clean and supplied with most necessities. The back patio with hot tub is very private. One morning there were twelve javalina in the back yard! The Desert Mountain gated community has it's own private hiking trails that are just as challenging as the public hiking trails, but without the crowds. There is a fabulous health club within walking distance of the home. Scott was so easy to work with and very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend this place!"
