  • Definitely would stay here again!

"Our family of 6 (4 teen boys) stayed in this condo for Spring Break (March 2017). The location is great. Felt very safe and close to walgreens, grocery, several dining options both sit down and fast food. Size of the unit is fine. A bit tight for 6, but we knew that going in. The furnishings were wonderful! Large sectional in living area that pulled out into a queen bed. Master bedroom was somewhat difficult to maneuver in because of the large furniture, but the bed was extremely comfortable. Huge walk in closets in both bedrooms for luggage and hanging items. My boys wished there was a tv in the 2nd bedroom, but they really enjoyed the pool area. Wifi worked without issues. Could not get Netflix to work though. Having a washer/dryer in unit was fabulous, although we were left with barely enough clothes soap for even 1 load. Four pool towels were supplied, but musty smelling. Overall, great stay. Would recommend."

  • Nice property close to Scottsdale entertainment

"Location for Scottsdale is great - couple blocks from fashion square, little over half mile to entertainment district off Camelback Rd. Easy walk if desired. Building itself looks nice - not luxurious. But the inside is very nice - a contemporary industrial look (don't worry - furniture is comfortable). Good cooktop and other appliances for making food if desired. King bed in master very comfortable as well as the twins in the other bedroom. Twins are nice for people that don't want to sleep together. Both bedrooms were good size. Pool was pretty small and no chairs. The unit had a couple 36 position chairs to bring to pool, but we did not use them since the weather was not condusive to swimming. There's a nice porch right outside the door with a couple chairs for relaxation. The owner was great to work with and no issues there. A couple more blankets and dishtowels would help - but we didn't ask for more and it wasn't a huge problem. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just that I've stayed in other more expensive VRBOs that looked more expensive and had resort type pools and common areas. For the price, this would be a 5 star property."

  • The backyard is a little slice of paradise

"We had two families with our kids down for spring break. We enjoyed the big yard, pool and hot tub and were able to explore the surrounding areas. It was great!"

  • Ideal Scottsdale Condo

"This property is ideally situated in a quiet neighborhood but very close to OldTown shops and restaurants. It has an inviting outdoor space with seating, dining and lighting. The condo is furnished with comfortable beds, stylish furniture and large screen TVs. We appreciated having a nice kitchen, spacious closets, garage parking, and access to the community pool. The owner was very responsive to any requests for information. We would definitely choose to stay at Monte Vivienda again."
