"We were very happy with the condo and with dealing with Julie. The unit is very high end, well maintained and as stated all you need for a long stay is provided. All services required and all shopping you would need is very close by. The unit itself is two bedrooms and two baths up with a 1/2 bath on the ground level. Linens and towels that Julie provides are first rate as are all kitchen appliances. Very good value and we would happily stay here again."

  • A Lovely Place To Stay

"My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this condo in March to enjoy spring training baseball as well as the warm Arizona weather. The caramel corn Diane left for us at the condo was lovely after a very frustrating experience at the airport car rental counter messed up our arrival time. The parking spot is directly in front of the first floor condo, so getting ourselves in and settled was a piece of cake. We found the decor to be a bit dated, and the cushions on the sofa in the living room slid forward a bit making it difficult to sit on them. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. The location of the unit is excellent, with only a few steps walk to the heated pool. The pool is small but perfectly adequate, with enough seating and tables to keep users happy. The heater in the pool wasn't working one day while we were there, but was fixed within 24 hours or less, as it was working the next time we went there. It was great to have our own washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was fully equipped although we mostly confined our cooking to bagels and coffee--it was a vacation! There is a lovely walking path behind the complex for morning walks before the heat of the day arrives. The complex itself is close to restaurants, drug and grocery stores as well as highways that facilitate exploring the entire Phoenix area. We had a couple of glitches during our stay and Diane was immediately responsive in dealing with them. Our damage deposit was returned quickly after we arrived home."

  • Perfect Location & Amenities

"This condo was in a great location in Scottsdale, with grocery shopping and restaurants within walking distance, or just a few minute drive away. Lots of places to take a walk if you don't want to get in a car and drive the short distance to one of the many nearby beautiful hikes in the McDowell Sonoran Preserve area. The condo was very clean and well maintained and the owner was a joy to work with. It was very nice to sit on the balcony, as it is secluded behind some trees. Location is very close to the fitness center and one of the pools. Fitness center was beyond compare with every type of weight machine / free weights and aerobic equipment that you could want."
