  • Comfortable, well managed property in Scottsdale

"We had a very good two weeks stay in Scottsdale. This property is on the golf course, which makes it appealing. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, glasses and flatware but could have used a few more cooking utensils. The property was very clean when we arrived and well maintained. The immediate area is very quiet at night. The leasing agent is very professional and responsive. The notes we got just before arrival were excellent, noting grocery stores, entertainment, and restaurants in the area. The restaurant list, particularly, was well done. It was also great to stay in a property with enough hangars for our clothes! We've visited the area for several years and highly recommend both the Desert Botanical Garden and the Musical Instrument Museum."

  • Beautiful Condo in a great location

"The condo is very beautiful and clean. It is decorated very nicely with high end finishes. The condo is completely updated and the property is well kept. It was a very nice location for us because we have friends that live all over Scottsdale so it was centrally located. The pool and work out room was very nice and the condo is located right next to the pool. But remember the condo is on the 3rd floor, not an issue for us but if you have physical limitations you should remember this. The owner was very easy to work with. We would definitely rent this unit again or recommend it to our friends. They were a little stingy with the towels and the beach towels were small bath towels. We did not want to spend time washing towels all the time so we just bought some extra towel sets and beach towels that we could take home with us. The bedding is really beautiful and luxurious but they only had nice heavy comforters. I always bring a light weight blanket with me and I was glad we had it. In fact we did not use the comforter at all we folded it up and stored in the closet. There is a really nice french restaurant and a sports bar type restaurant just outside the complex and we walked there several times. At one time there was a Starbucks and AJ's in the same shopping center. Sadly they are no longer there. The closest coffee shops(Einsteins and Dunkin Donut) are about 2 miles away. The Starbucks is a little farther away. We do like to walk so we walked there almost everyday."

  • Comfortable and Perfect

"There are no surprises when one enters this VRBO property except that it is even better than depicted on the website. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The owner has been extremely generous in making his guests comfortable with plenty of linens, dishes, and electronic equipment, i.e., televisions, surround sound, and so on. There are even several bicycles, a ping-pong table along with pool toys stored in the garage. The patio area is private, quiet, and accommodating with comfortable furnishing. The fence surrounding the back patio area encloses the pool and hot tub which overlook the desert scrub and then across a well kept fairway on the Legends Golf Course. The only neighbor’s house is located behind the BBQ. The other side of the house contains a desert wash which is well below the level of the house. The neighborhood is quiet with nicely manicured desert xeriscaping. The location is perfect as it the area sits on the Scottsdale-Carefree line. There is easy access to shopping in Carefree and if your destination is the amenities of Scottsdale, one just travels Legends Parkway then south on Pima Road. Finally, I’d like to mention that the owner is accessible, friendly, helpful, and as already stated, generous in accommodating you so that you have the most memorable vacation possible while in the desert. This property deserves two thumbs up and more than 5 stars."
