  • Great Place to Stay in Scottsdale!

"We recently spent the month of November 2015 at Glenn and Sarah's home in the Troon North area of Scottsdale. The home is beautiful : spacious, clean, and well-maintained; comfortable beds; great for guests with a bathroom/shower for each bedroom; close to golfing, hiking and a short drive to the downtown areas of Scottsdale. Glenn and Sarah are gracious hosts and provide excellent customer service - quick response to inquiries and they really make you feel at home. They provide most of the "miscellaneous" things required for your stay (e.g., salt, pepper, paper towels, etc.) which is very handy so you don't have to rush out to shop when you first arrive. The surrounding areas provide scenic mountain views and numerous walking and hiking routes. Many restaurants, shops and grocery stores are nearby. We highly recommend this home/owners if you want a hassle-free and relaxing stay in the Phoenix area."

  • Great Stay at Bella Terra!

"Adele and Chris are absolutely wonderful people to deal with, and exceptional at responding to any inquiries. Their place is exactly as advertised, a modern and really comfortable 1-bdrm, fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay the perfect vacation retreat. It is extremely well located with access to all major food stores a couple of blocks away (Frys, Albertsons, Whole Foods, Trader Joes), plenty of great shopping and restaurants nearby, and the unit has great access to all the hiking trails, North Scottsdale, and Old Town Scottsdale. I spent all of January at their unit, and can't wait to get back there again next year. My wife was able to stay for most of the month, and we got to see many of the events and attractions that I had not seen on previous trips to Phoenix (art galleries, the Musical Instrument Museum (MIM), Phoenix Zoo, Barrett Jackson, Tucson, etc. When we came back from our daily adventures, we met some really nice folks around the pool and hot tub. Of course, when my wife was not there, I alternated between going golfing one day, and hiking the next. Living the dream! It doesn't get better than that!"

  • Awesome condo

"This is a very unique and tastefully decorated condo. Chris has done an outstanding job laying out very clear and thoughtful instructions. To me, one of the most uncomfortable things about staying in someone's home is being unsure of house rules, how to use equipment/appliances, etc. There were nice little signs and notes everywhere along with all the same details emailed prior to arrival. Having that let's you focus on enjoying your trip and not figuring out do's and don'ts. The condo is clean, quiet, comfortable with great parking and walking distance to groceries if needed. The location is walking distance to everything in Old Town Scottsdale and Fashion Square mall. It is also close to main interstates to get anywhere you need to in the valley. We hiked a few mountains and the final morning drove literally a few minutes to Camelback and got a great hike in before heading to the airport. We will stay again."
