  • Great pool space!

"I always want the highlight of any vacation I take to be the great outdoor time I am able to squeeze in. This home had a great outdoor space. The pool in the fall has sun shining on one side and shade on the other side, great for cooling down. I stayed at this home once before in the Spring and it had full sun all around the pool throughout the day. There is also a great shaded table space, a giant slab of granite, that is great for drinks, dinner poolside, games, and chatter. The house is spacious enough to fit a family and all the neccessary shopping is very close by for convenience. Looking forward to my next visit!"

  • Beautiful Phoenix home

"We had a sibling reunion over the holidays at the Tiki Totem House. The home is nicely furnished with ample linens for all, and the beds were very comfortable for all. The main family room has a large flat screen panel television where we enjoyed some bowl games, and it is open to the kitchen so all can be included. The family room has a built in seating area with barstools which was a great place to use our laptop computers. The living/dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and quieter for those who wish to read. We enjoyed our morning coffee by the outdoor pool and took in views of a lovely city park and mountains beyond. The home is very close to AZ 303, which is a loop that can take you down to I-10 or north and up to the Cave Creek area quickly. AZ 101 is just a few miles to the east and is another loop highway that can take you to Scottsdale and Phoenix attractions like the Botanical Gardens or the Arizona Biltmore quickly. Our favorite spot was on top of South Mountain Park where the view of the city and surrounding desert suburbs was stunning, with plenty of moderate hiking trails."

  • A clean two bedroom house easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf and spring baseball.

"My Wife and I enjoyed this two bedroom house in Surpris, Arizona. The house was clean, well-maintained and in a quiet neighborhood all that we wanted in our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for our vacation needs, and we used the grill on the patio several times. This was a safe neighborhood and we use the walking path that was within a few blocks of the house. The owner was very responsive and concerned about our comfort during our vacation. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in Surprise, Arizona and I would look forward to renting it myself again. This property deserves all of the five stars I have given it."

  • Comfortable, immaculately clean, and well-furnished!

"We enjoyed hosting a family holiday gathering at Arizona's Best Kept Secret. The house is conveniently located to shopping centers, recreational opportunities, and regional parks. Our group ranged in age from 2 1/2 to 90 years old, and everyone was comfortable and happy with the Kingswood Parke accommodations."
